Default Mayan Calendar out by 3.5 years?

Not sure if this has been posted but can anyone substantiate?

    http://in5d.com/june-3-2016-the-maya...by-3-12-years/

    READY……..

=3.504 year difference and that makes 1260 days

This would mean that Dec 8th, 2012 (Julian calendar) is actually May 21st, 2016 (Mayan Haab calendar). Dec. 8th, 2012 plus 1260 days = 5/21/2016

    or Dec. 21st, 2012 (Gregorian) is actually June 3rd, 2016 (Mayan Haab calendar). Dec. 21st, 2012 plus 1260 days = June 3, 2016

Hi Viking, I came to believe that dates are not important in this Matrix-simulation, as what exactly keeps us in this prison is time structure which makes us run in loops, waiting for the next thing to happen, being at the mercy of others who understand this imprisonment better while everything is right here and now ready to be impacted with our own mind-emotion-intention creation of our reality and what we want to see in it (this is why it's prime target)

That doesn't mean that there are not energies at certain time wave that are directed at certain length for certain reasons and purposes towards Earth and it's surroundings

I hope this point of view is not derailing your thread

    Blessings ~

I would say that the most effective means of control in this unfolding is the perception of time. The calendars we in the 'west' use have been so messed with that there is almost certainly some discrepencies between them and ancient systems which are difficult to resolve. Judging by the events that we are experiencing it seems more likely that this period corresponds to the transition that the Mayans were documenting. Thanks for bringing this up!

If the Mayan calendar is based on days and not years or months, then the calculation shows that there is an error of 1260 days. However is there not a debate on the date itself of 12-12-21?

This year is bound to be a turbulent year from the look of it. I think under the assumption, we should be looking at June 3, using the Gregorian calendar.

If you consider and or believe that civilization have been and gone before, then what is the year, who has been keeping track of the actual year. Its the controllers, they give us a reasonable time span for us to believe in and thats the wrong time span for sure!

    Hi Viking,

Can you specify (define in detail) what you mean by "Wake up".

Most people wake up every morning. Normally, we do it every day.
If you're using "wake up" in a sense unrelated to sleep,
then could you define what you mean by "wake up" ?

So, to be specific, what are you expecting to happen on 3rd of June 2016 ?

    You're obviously dodging the question.
I wouldn't have asked if it was clear what "Wake up" means.
And actually, i've read threads on here, where it was clear that
no one agrees on what "Wake up" means..... "Wake up" is as clear as mud.

What are people going to be waking up to ?
    The 9/11 deception ?
    Their medical ailments ?
    Their sexual preferences ?
    Their dietry needs ?

You can't specify what's supposed to happen on 3rd of June 2016.
So... how will you know if it occurs or not ?

Could you, for example, specify some criterion for determining
whether the "mayan calender prophecy" comes true ?

Lucidity I am sure you are aware and know what I mean...but if you want to play games crack on...

The control mechanism is huge...the human population is controlled massively. These guys at the top are beyond most of our imagination of control. If you can control the pattern of thoughts with the majority of humans you can control and manipulate the outcome of reality. This is the one true mechanism that controls the masses. The realisation of this imo would awaken many. Read we are the change below.

To me wake up means divesting of material vested interests, no matter the cost, to remain in integrity and honor. Thus unencumbered, to wake up means to wake up to the good in the world, and to realize that good EQUALS the bad and is not outnumbered or outmaneuvered or outsmarted - on the contrary...

To answer the op: I don't heed countdowns anymore, like the good book says, Christ will come like a thief in the night. Christ = "wake up"

Being as its the Mayan Calender I would think that awakening would mean a spiritual awakening----however even that means different things--from ascension to Christ Consciousness --I haven’t a clue, but it would be good if something positive, earth changing happens.
Prophecies abound ---since there has been man, there have been predictions

The question for me is not about Viking expectations, but about Mayan expectations. These are the people who were the ones who utilized and preserved this calendar, and may or may not be the ones who created it. The calendar cycle began long before Mayan civilization and their predecessors existed and has clearly extended long beyond the heyday of their civilization.

This system clearly had a use and purpose and it wasn't for planting of some other practical purpose. Someone long before us had expectations.

I suspect a widespread conspiracy somewhere here...

A conspiracy that's showing the controlling grip of an AI that's called a "calendar." A mere piece of cardboard (ooops, that was last century, now it's digitally distributed photons).

Of course, that's only a cover up for an even bigger conspiracy that's run on us and that's controlling our lives all year long, year after year...

That's the one where both Sun and Earth are conniving to get us to go along a 24 hours cycle of nights and days and controlling our activities accordingly...

    Sovereignty: hah!

I suspect that, in this conspiracy of controlling us, it's the Sun which has the upper hand but this would need further investigation/research for confirmation...

Beside that, I don't think anyone knows what was the starting date for that calendar nor why that starting date was chosen for: Was it a celestial event? A coronation? The day their spaceship crashed? The day they blew up their home planet? Their D-Day of planet Earth invasion? Etc... Because of that, I think that no one knows what the ending date of that particular cycle and therefore the start of a new cycle actually means... anymore.

As such and as with any other known calendar, it only denotes the end of a cycle/year and the start of a new one. No more than that!

The last 5 posts clearly demonstrate that there are as many different
views of what "wake up" means ... as there are people.
    It's as clear as mud.

Note, this is important, no one can supply a criterion for judging whether
the Mayan Calendar Prophecy has come true ... or not.

So nobody actually knows what to expect.

When people do supply some details of what would happen, they tend to
    be unique, idiosyncratic, personal:
    (1) Not commonly shared or widely agreed
    (2) Not derived from a reading of Mayan prophecy or culture.

So it looks like it's all pie in the sky.
