Except that I had nothing to do with that photo. I don't even have the link to where that photo is hosted ─ although it would be trivial to ascertain that.

Don't hold me accountable for what other people are posting, Paula. I am only accountable for my own mistakes, and I will readily own up to them. I will however not load other people's mistakes (or deliberate acts of hostility) onto my shoulders.
You're an administrator. You could delete that altered photo. The very fact that you participated on those threads (plural), responded to posts and thanked them speaks volumes of your character. Our mods would not tolerate even 1% of what you allow.

I agree, except that I'm not sharing any confidential information about members. Everyone here knows that Mojo used to be a moderator over at The One Truth, and there is no shame in that.
Not Mojo. I’m speaking of the trash talk of people here on TOT. And since your return to Avalon, you’ve shared goings on at TOT of A Voice from the Mountains and turiya. It’s unprofessional and if TOT were my forum, you’d be unsubscribed.

    Political Contributions

Schmidt was an informal advisor and major donor to Barack Obama's 2008 presidential campaign, and began campaigning the week of October 19, 2008, on behalf of the candidate.[54] He was mentioned as a possible candidate for the Chief Technology Officer position, which Obama created in his administration,[55] and Obama considered him for Commerce Secretary.[56] After Obama won in 2008, Schmidt became a member of President Obama's transition advisory board and then a member of the United States President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST).[57] Schmidt has served on Google's government relations team.

Schmidt has proposed that the easiest way to solve all of the domestic problems of the United States at once is by a stimulus program that rewards renewable energy and, over time, attempts to replace fossil fuels with renewable energy.[58]

Ash Carter appointed Schmidt as chairman of the DoD Innovation Advisory Board announced March 2, 2016. It will be modeled like the Defense Business Board and will facilitate the Pentagon at becoming more innovative and adaptive.[59]

Schmidt is an investor in The Groundwork, a start-up company associated with Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign.[60][61] For example, it charged the campaign $177,000 in the second quarter of 2015.[60] By May 2016, the campaign had spent $500,000 on it.[61]

Schmidt is an investor in Timshel, another start up company associated with Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign.[62] Timshel is the parent company of The Groundwork.[62]
    =========
The stealthy, Eric Schmidt-backed startup that’s working to put Hillary Clinton in the White House
An under-the-radar startup funded by billionaire Eric Schmidt has become a major technology vendor for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, underscoring the bonds between Silicon Valley and Democratic politics.

The Groundwork, according to Democratic campaign operatives and technologists, is part of efforts by Schmidt—the executive chairman of Google parent-company Alphabet—to ensure that Clinton has the engineering talent needed to win the election. And it is one of a series of quiet investments by Schmidt that recognize how modern political campaigns are run, with data analytics and digital outreach as vital ingredients that allow candidates to find, court, and turn out critical voter blocs.

But campaigns—lacking stock options and long-term job security—find it hard to attract the elite engineering talent that Facebook, Google, and countless startups rely on. That’s also part of the problem that Schmidt and the Groundwork are helping Clinton’s team to solve.

The Groundwork is one of the Clinton campaign’s biggest vendors, billing it for more than $177,000 in the second quarter of 2015, according to federal filings. Yet many political operatives know little about it. Its website consists entirely of a grey-on-black triangle logo that suggests “the digital roots of change” while also looking vaguely like the Illuminati symbol:

“We’re not trying to obfuscate anything, we’re just trying to keep our heads down and do stuff,” says Michael Slaby, who runs the Groundwork. He was the chief technology officer for president Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign, a top digital executive for Obama 2012, and the former chief technology strategist for TomorrowVentures, Schmidt’s angel investment fund.

He explained that the Groundwork and its parent company, Chicago-based Timshel—which according to its website is named for a Hebrew word meaning “you may” and is devoted to “helping humanity solve our most difficult social, civic, and humanitarian challenges”—are “all one project, with the same backers,” whom he declined to name.

Schmidt did not respond to several requests for comment. But several Democratic political operatives and technologists, who would only speak anonymously to avoid offending Schmidt and the Clinton campaign, confirmed that the Groundwork is funded at least in part by the Alphabet chairman.

The Groundwork was initially based in an office in downtown Brooklyn just blocks from the headquarters of its biggest client: the Clinton campaign. There, a staff made up mostly of senior software engineers began building the tools and infrastructure that could give her a decisive advantage.

Slaby has a reputation for being able to bridge the cultural divide between politicos and techies. And sources say the Groundwork was created to minimize the technological gap that occurs between presidential campaign cycles while pushing forward the Big Data infrastructure that lies at the heart of modern presidential politics.

There is also another gap in play: The shrinking distance between Google and the Democratic Party. Former Google executive Stephanie Hannon is the Clinton campaign’s chief technology officer, and a host of ex-Googlers are currently employed as high-ranking technical staff at the Obama White House. Schmidt, for his part, is one of the most powerful donors in the Democratic Party—and his influence does not stem only from his wealth, estimated by Forbes at more than $10 billion.

At a time when private-sector money is flowing largely unchecked into US politics, Schmidt’s funding of the Groundwork suggests that 2016’s most valuable resource may not be donors capable of making eight-figure donations to Super PACs, but rather supporters who know how to convince talented engineers to forsake (at least for awhile) the riches of Silicon Valley for the rough-and-tumble pressure cooker of a presidential campaign.

The technology that helped re-elect Obama

Although Obama’s technology staff downplays credit for his election victories, there’s no doubt they played a crucial role. One former Obama staffer, Elan Kriegel, who now leads analytics for the Clinton campaign, suggested the technology accounted for perhaps two percentage points of the campaign’s four percent margin of victory in 2012.

The 2012 campaign’s analytics team constructed a complex model of the electorate to identify 15 million undecided voters that could be swayed to Obama’s side. They drew on databases which compiled a comprehensive record of voters’ interactions with the campaign—Facebook pages liked, volunteer contacts, events attended, money donated—and assigned them a score based on how strongly they supported Obama.

Those carefully constructed models and databases paid dividends for everything from advertising and campaign fundraising emails—which were rigorously A/B tested to determine the optimum wording and design (subject lines that said “Hey!” were found to be annoying but effective)—to voter polling and get-out-the-vote efforts on election day.

Perhaps the standout innovation from the Obama campaign was known as “Optimizer,” a tool that allowed the campaign to deploy carefully targeted television ads. Rather than rely on broad demographic data about programs and time slots, the Obama tech team accessed detailed information from TV set-top boxes to identify the most cost-efficient ways to reach hard-to-reach voters. The campaign’s top media consultant, Jim Margolis—now Clinton’s top media consultant—estimates Optimizer saved the campaign perhaps $40 million
The article goes on for a bit longer, but It got me thinking “what if they could track GPS data from a persons cell to figure out who hasn’t voted, or who has no intention of voting, and digitally place a vote on their behalf to sway the next election?
Still catching up on older posts.

This concern about Eric Schmidt and his connection to the attempts to start war through North Korea showed up early on in the Q posts.

Here is a very good video by The Deacon (formerly known as The War Drummer):

    crosby
The foremost authority on the meaning and proper interpretation of the Second Amendment, and the US Constitution in general, is Edwin Vieira. He has written a book, titled something like Sovereignty and the Sword (I have the book but it's at my office. I'm probably off on the title.), and numerous articles about the Second Amend.

If you put his name into a search engine you will come across his archive of articles. I urge you to do so. He is an incredible thinker and writer, and the most articulate and accurate authority on the limitations and disabilities imposed on the national and state governments by the US Constitution, and each State's Constitution, including on the subject of the coining of money, so-called.

In short, the Second Amend. secures to the people, individually as a person, and thus collectively as a "body politic" the right to keep and bear weapons in order to secure the security of each State and thus the Nation as a whole.

The creator of this video has confused the issue a bit, including by introducing the concept of "body politic" to the subject. He seems to mean the collective, the Nation as a whole, when he does that. But I'm not sure. However, he is correct to point out that the right to bear arms is directly linked to the security of "a State" and as such each able bodied person (originally men) was required to keep arms, was to be regulated, i.e., trained and accoutered (equipped), by the State in which each person lived and called into service in times of a threat to the security of a State(s).

It is the governor of a state that could call forth the militia of a State. But in times of national emergency the POTUS could call forth the militia of the States, in cooperation with the governor(s), into national service.

Today, and for many, many years now, there is no militia in the original sense of the Second Amd. Rather, each Stare has what is often referred to as an "organized militia", set up by a state's Consitution and legislation. The organized militia is essentially the national guard of the state. The "unorganized militia" so-to-speak is an oxymoron and does not exist as it did at the time of the ratification of the Constitution and its first ten amendments.

However, the point remains that We the People, not only have the right, but the duty, to be armed. Under the Second Amnd we do not have the right per se to go about creating small bands of "militia" that are not regulated by the state. The right to protect ourselves from a rogue, corrupt and unconstitutionally functioning state, i.e. Government, derives from natural law, and is well stated in the Declaration of Independence.

Much, much more can be said in this topic.

ADD: The title of Vieira's book is The Sword and Sovereignty. (I was close.)

    Kim, Hi there:

You may not have read this thread. Please do.
The other mods will confirm that I had strongly recommended you to join the mods team, because we felt it was important to have a pro-'Q' member (forgive the term, but you know what I mean!) on the team to help us make good, balanced decisions.

I'd described you to the others as courteous, balanced, respectful, articulate, highly intelligent, and always fair. We'd not decided against inviting you, at all... we were simply taking everything really carefully and slowly, just as we should.

Nobody ever contacted me to ask whether or not I would like to participate in anything. So please do not say that this happened if there is no concrete proof of such an instance. And, from what I can see it would not have made a difference. This thread deserves to be in the public forum for everybody to see. There is very important information in this thread. I am not as angry as I was yesterday, and I do not know if I can stay in a forum that promotes discrimination.

There have been enough Q proofs to show that what is happening is pertinent and real. The reality is this, if the whitehats fail, humanity will lose. And that includes just about everybody on this board. I am for humanity, I believe this thread is a public service now. It should be viewable to guests.

This is my position, I will not move from this position. I cannot believe that this has happened on a board that was once an open source to the public for ALL information. I cannot believe that censoring of something this important has occurred.

And, my real name is Jane - It is my Christened name.

Hi there Kim, look, I'm the twat moderator who suggested we move the Q threads to member's only So, if you're gonna do the blog thing, you should start with me.

Bill did suggest you for mod, as he said. And there is a slightly sadistic element in me that wishes you were a mod at the moment, so you could be dealing with this bullsh!t instead of me

Just please consider this before you go off blogging:
The Q topic has wreaked havoc on Avalon, resulting in many casualties. Something had to be done. But this thread alone has over 10,000 posts and God knows how many views. Does that really suggest a commi think tank to you? A "leftist tribe"? Please, be reasonable.

No matter how strongly you feel about the authenticity of Q, there are people here who are always going to feel just as strongly the other way. Please think about that just for a moment. It's become such an incendiary topic that it's slowly taken over the forum. This isn't Project Q, or Project Trump. It's Project Avalon, and we aim to restore that.

That doesn't mean we're going to be censoring anybody! You and anyone else here can still continue doing what you've been doing all along. And anyone else who wants to discuss Q can do same, they merely have to sign up here. But what we're not going to do is advertise Q as front page news anymore - it's clearly given the wrong impression of the forum, and has distorted its original purpose. We have to take some small steps to remedy that, and all we're asking for is a little understanding in the process.
Don't be a smartass with me Mike. I am very angry, not as angry as yesterday, but I am still pissed. Q has not given the wrong impression to the public. It has made some members of this forum angry. We all know what's going on. I have always respected you as a fellow member of Avalon, don't put yourself on a pedestal because you are now a moderator. I do not care for your sarcasm because it belittles the importance of what is happening in our world. This is not just another thread that will fade away. This thread has very important information in it, some of this information may help save some peoples lives. ]

So you can direct your smartass responses to yourself or behind the scenes. They only serve to piss me off more and many others on this board.

    Janey.

I think it might have been easier to just change the title of the thread.
Perhaps words that reflect the investigative spirit of Avalon.
Like “Impartial Analysis of US Party Politics”. Or even Trump’s Battle against the Deep State”.
I always thought that Avalon had a consensus that a hidden elite existed and was pulling strings behind the scenes. And that the MSM was their propaganda machine.

So if any video appears that some consider propaganda, and especially if it lacks solid evidence it can be easily debunked. Rude responses from either side can be given an immediate taste of moderator action, regardless which side of the party divide it is coming from.
Hiding the thread from public view is only adding to the division, as is forcing Avalon’s dialogue into a specific direction only. Anyway, whatever works.
Since Bill and the mods have the control it is up to them, of course, but I for one am disappointed that some people here see being “fascinated” or “entertained” with a political phenomenon as a threat to the forum, and even use confrontational language, and get away with it.
Lets do a poll how many members came here because they were “fascinated” with the UFO phenomenon.
Moderation can go too far either way, and protecting members here who are offended by those who are merely “fascinated” or take umbrage because a certain thread appears a lot on page 1 is in my view proof that the mod team is more politically engaged than I thought, and at least has lost all sense of neutrality.
I love this idea. If that is acceptable, can we do this? Thank you Ulli.

    warmest,
    janey

Perhaps I missed this being posted somewhere, but it seems that Jeffrey Epstein has been arrested for the sex trafficking of minors in New York and Florida, and is set to appear in court in New York on Monday.

Quote Billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was arrested for allegedly sex trafficking dozens of minors in New York and Florida between 2002 and 2005, and will appear in court in New York on Monday, according to three law enforcement sources. The arrest, by the FBI-NYPD Crimes Against Children Task Force, comes about 12 years after the 66-year-old financier essentially got a slap on the wrist for allegedly molesting dozens of underage girls in Florida.

For more than a decade, Epstein’s alleged abuse of minors has been the subject of lawsuits brought by victims, investigations by local and federal authorities, and exposés in the press. But despite the attention cast on his alleged sex crimes, the hedge-funder has managed to avoid any meaningful jail time, let alone federal charges.

The new indictment—which, according to two sources, will be unsealed Monday in Manhattan federal court—will reportedly allege that Epstein sexually exploited dozens of underage girls in a now-familiar scheme: paying them cash for "massages" and then molesting or sexually abusing them in his Upper East Side mansion or his palatial residence in Palm Beach. Epstein will be charged with one count of sex trafficking of minors and one count of conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking of minors—which could put him away for a maximum of 45 years. The case is being handled by the Public Corruption Unit of the Southern District of New York, with assistance from the district's human-trafficking officials and the FBI.

Sorry Ken your tarring us all with the same brush.

Aragorn and AutumnW posted on this thread being rude and with unsubstantiated claims, and the mods let it slide and even give thanks to their comments.

How is that even fair to us here on the Q thread, and so basically the mods are backing the school yard bullies now and even participating in having a bit fun at our expense, isn't Dennis.

Brillant. With all this bias now I am starting see more clearly why Paul may have really left and possibly other mods.

    Dearest Kim,

I can see that you are very upset right now by the changes that have been made and I am so sorry to see this because you are a valuable member of Project Avalon.

I am really hoping that you eventually get to see this post.

You have made so many valuable and significant contributions here and on other threads and you can continue to do so.

When we made the decision to move the threads to the members section, we were very concerned that this may not be the ideal situation for all but the intention has never been to hurt or to harm anyone, if anything, it has been with the best and highest of intentions for a healthier and a more balanced forum.

Please reconsider. I'm humbly asking you to stay.

You are really loved by so many here and you would be so sorely missed.

    Constance
Thank you so much, many of you have offered kind words and thoughts. I am reconsidering. However, I do deserve and reserve the right to be very angry with the slights that some think are amusing. I am not a ridiculous person and I am very intelligent. When I chose to come to this forum it was because I respected the nature and broadness in scope that existed here.

If there is a deep state aspect around here, I suggest you all take a closer look at where it is - - I want to stay, but I will not be suppressed, oppressed, or made fun of by others who think their intelligence runs deep.

If Paul were to see what has happened here, he would probably cry. He knows what is happening in the background.

However, I jumped off track, many apologies. Please change the name of the thread and put it back out there for the public to view. If there is a real threat, it is because we are putting the truth in everyone's face. The people need to know.

    warmest,
    janey

For God's sake, what's happening here is disgraceful. No one here needs to be lectured to. Last time I checked we were all fairly intelligent and able to handle ourselves. This whole thing is just gross. I can't believe the ones who are trying to convince us not to read Q are so incredibly hateful and condescending. Makes me want to read more Q.

    Jesus.
Gosh, I'm with you Val....I still consider myself new here, and have a lot
to learn, but some of this dialogue is getting tiresome, yes I enjoy the Q thread, and my eyes have been opened to a lot that goes on in our so called government, some deep dark stuff, that really needs to be taken care of, especially the brutal things that goes on with our precious children, this I learned from the Q thread, along with a lot of other bad stuff.

Can't we just all have peace, love, and respect for each other, what we need is peace.
I may have to step back for awhile as this is beginning to get stressful.

I see this as a very good move in the right direction. For a while there, I was torn between thinking he (epstein) may have been a plant to coerce or just herd these bad apples into their own dark caverns........ but now I am thinking that he is just as bad and led the dark horses to save his own butt. With all of the dirt he has/had on many, many people, he was free to keep digging into darkness himself.

Thanks so much for the update.

Thanks ClearWater and Muxfolder for moving this thread forward as intended.

That's great news on the Epstein case. Imagine the arrogance to actually name your plane the Lolita Express. He felt safe because he had a lot of BIG names in his pocket. Hopefully that's not the case any more. I wonder if Rachel Chandler was the photographer at the island?

Vid below suggests a marker was revealed. When journalists ask Trump why Pence's plane was cancelled & he was called back to WH, Trump replied "You'll know in about 2 weeks." 2 weeks from 7/5 would be 7/19. Going back to Q posts there is a watch w/ date 7/19 showing time 4:50. Is this marker 1?
