The Senate and House of Representatives shall meet in the Hall of the House of Representatives at the hour of 1 o’clock in the afternoon on that day, and the President of the Senate shall be their presiding officer.

Two tellers shall be previously appointed on the part of the Senate and two on the part of the House of Representatives, to whom shall be handed, as they are opened by the President of the Senate, all the certificates and papers purporting to be certificates of the electoral votes, which certificates and papers shall be opened, presented, and acted upon in the alphabetical order of the States, beginning with the letter A;

Something tells me this might not get settled in one afternoon.

So the open all the electoral votes at 1pm in front of both houses of Congress. There will be disputes/objections of course, so that means both houses of Congress, and the Senate goes back to their chambers to discuss the objections.

If I am understanding this correctly: Next each house of Congress takes a vote, about what to do with the swing states. Then the 2 houses of Congress compare notes. If Congress (Demoncrap controlled) votes in favor of Biden, but the Senate votes in favor of Trump, then they are not in agreement and they have to go back and discuss and debate again. If they can not agree then………what happens is they have to count ONLY the votes certified by the Secretary of State of the Swing states. I take that to mean that NONE of the GOP Electoral college votes submitted with the Biden votes will be counted. If the Secretary of State only approved Biden votes, then that is all that will be counted. The extra votes from GOP electors which were NOT certified by the Secretary of State, will not be counted at all. Biden wins the election.

But clearly you can see Pence does not have a whole lot to do. He ONLY votes if there is a 50-50 tie. If the count comes out 48 to 52 Pence won’t be voting at all.

Also, of course, a lot depends upon whether the 2 GOP Senators in the Georgia run-off race win. If they don’t win, then the Demoncraps have a majority in both houses of CONgress (when you take into consideration all the RINOs).

RINO = Republican In Name Only . which means they usually vote straight Demoncrap.

As we all know Georgia will continue to use the same flawed Dominion software and machines, connected to the internet, and use of flash drives to change votes, plus ballot harvesting, and dead people voting, etc….all the usual Fraudulent tricks will be used again to Win for the Demoncraps. Also Georgia will continue to follow the ridicules CV19 rules for counting the votes, so GOP Challengers have to remain so far away that they can not see or observe anything properly.

In other words, don’t get your hopes up about the 2 GOP Senators in the Georgia winning this, and that win being announced on Jan 5. So Georgia may have no representation in Wash DC on Jan 6th.

But we shall see. Maybe some PATRIOTS will show up at the back office counting rooms WITH ATTORNEYS and their own Private Security to insist upon all their rights to closely monitor all election handling. Any volunteers among the Patriots??? This might actually be more important than showing up on Jan 6th on Capitol Hill.

OK, so right now we have 50 GOP vs 48 Demoncraps (including 2 independents that usually vote with the Demoncraps). Most likely that will be what is at the Jan 6th on Capitol Hill for the Electoral Vote Counting process.

Sounds good until you consider how many GOP RINO’s there are who vote with the CCP’s Demoncrap Party line.

I think there have been negative reactions to the Covid vaccine that is being administered in the the US, but this post: https://projectavalon.net/forum4/sho...=1#post1399989 from Phillippe suggests that the vaccine that is part of Trump's Operation Warp Speed is different from the others, and less harmful. I certainly hope that is the case (also that the other vaccines will be forced to follow the example, if true).
But it needs more research to be corroborated.

Concerning the USA it is sofar impossible to clarify what exactly is the Operation Warpspeed vaccination program that Trump is so proud of, calling it a miracle,
Qanon conspirationists in Europe say it is a different inoffensive vaccine containing antibodies and the Regeneron medicine that was used to help Trump when he was sick.

I do not know what Pence will do on 1/6/2021 when it comes time to open and count the "certifications" or other "papers" of electoral votes. None of us do. It is entirely probable that at this very moment in time as you read this Pence does not know what he will do on 1/6/2021. And, if he has already made up his mind about what he will do on 1/6/2021, I am certain he will not tell any of us what that will be.

I have devoted a considerable time researching the law on the electoral college and the electoral vote count in Congress set for 1/6/2021 and thinking with my lawyer hat on about what it means. Kicking around the "what ifs", the "ways and whys" and the "wherefores"... Analyzing possible scenarios; anywhere from a straightforward count of the "certifications" from the Governors of each State and a "win" for Biden, to a hotly contested vote count due to electoral "certifications" by the Governors certifying the election for Biden, competing with "papers" from the State Legislatures of the 7 "battle ground" states certifying the election for Trump. (Among other things, the language in the Electoral Count Act distinguishing between "certifications" and "papers" places Congress in the position of having to consider in some fashion the competing electoral votes before it.)

There is clear and convincing, and absolutely overwhelming and beyond reasonable doubt, indisputable evidence of vote and election fraud in the 2020 election from both domestic and foreign actors, including foreign state actors. The fraud, if it stands, took a landslide victory from Trump, and gave Biden the "win." Anyone who disagrees with this is either willfully ignorant of the facts, totally apathetic about the facts, or complicit. The fraud, if it is allowed to stand, will result in the illegitimate, unqualified (legally, constitutionally and physically/mentally) Biden being inaugurated on 1/20/2021. Then, who knows what next...?

Pence knows of this evidence at least to a sufficient degree that he is convinced of the fraud and the blatant attempt to steal the 2020 election. So he is not ignorant.

Pence has gone on record saying words to the effect that only legally cast votes will be counted and all illegal votes will be thrown out, and that he will not rest until that happens. So, if he is to be taken at his word, he is not apathetic.

Nor is Pence complicit, unless he cannot be taken at his word and he did not mean what he said. We should know on or about 1/6/2021.

Based upon my research and the conclusions I have reached from my research, there is one approach that Pence can and should take on 1/6/2021 that, first and foremost, will get to the correct result that expresses the true will of the voters, that also has the legal edge over all other approaches, and which will not require at least one Senator and at least one Representative to object to a State's electoral certification or paper. It will also avoid both Houses of Congress breaking out for up to two hours to debate the objections. Further, it will also put Biden and the Democrat machine in the position of having to seek legal redress in the SCOTUS.

That is this: On 1/6/2021 as a State's "certification" or "paper" comes before Pence in alphabetical order, when the first battle ground state comes up, which will be Arizona, Pence as President of the Senate, declares the electoral votes from that state null and void due to fraud. Sufficient evidence of that fraud will exist in the Congressional record in the form of the competing "certification" and "paper" from that state. Any objection to this process should be summarily overruled by Pence without debate. Pence should then direct that the next State's electoral vote be opened and counted, if appropriate. That is, when the next battleground state comes up in alphabetical order, Pence will declare the electoral votes from that state null and void due to fraud, overrule any objections, and move on to the next state until all States' and DC's electoral votes are either counted--or rejected due to fraud.

If Pence does this for all 7 of the "battleground" States that sent dueling or competing electoral votes to Congress, the result will be that 84 electoral votes will be subtracted from the total electoral votes of 538. This leaves 454 electoral votes that are not tainted by systemic and systematic fraud. A majority of 454 is 228. (The math changes relative to whether all 7 states are rejected or just some of them. But all 7 should be rejected.)

If after this process Biden has a majority, he is the president elect. If, on the other hand, Trump has the majority, he is the president elect.

The battle ground states should not be heard to complain that the voters of those states will be disenfranchised. If they do complain, they should be ignored. This is so for at least two related reasons:

First, Trump won in the battleground states in the first place, perhaps with the exception of New Mexico. Thus, even counting the legal and honest votes in these states for Biden, Biden did not win these states, Trump did. Tossing out the electoral votes from the battleground states will not change the outcome, had there been no systematic and systemic election fraud. That is, even if only the legal and honest votes from the battle ground states are counted, Trump won in those states. The certified electoral votes from those states would have been for Trump and the result is what it should be--Trump won a second term. ("But for" fraud, Trump won.)

Second, to not throw out the electoral votes from the battleground states and thereby allow the election to be stolen, actually disenfranchises the legal and honest votes of the 80 million or so people who did vote for Trump (and the other down ballot candidates). It is these 80 million people who are in the process of being disenfranchised by the demonstrated election fraud, and who will be disenfranchised if the electoral votes from the battle ground states are allowed to be counted in Congress.

Those who feel they have been disenfranchised can look at, and appeal to, their elected and appointed "representatives' and their bureaucrats for redress of grievances.

Well Mr. Pence...?

Number of GOP Congress Members to Object to Electoral College Votes Grows

"More House members have said they will object to the Electoral College vote on Jan. 6 as Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) announced he would join the effort.

Rep.-elect Ronny Jackson (R-Texas) said Tuesday that he will also object.

“I will vote on January 6th to CHALLENGE the Electoral College because the American people deserve a FREE and FAIR election! The FRAUD that DID take place on Election Day can’t be allowed to stand!” Jackson wrote.

On Wednesday, Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-S.C.) said he will join the effort, which is being led by Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.). President Donald Trump spoke with Brooks and several other Republican House members earlier this month and backs their effort.

“On January 6, 2021, I plan to object to the Electoral College certification from states that experienced these unprecedented issues like Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin,” Duncan said in a statement. “I plan to object for the people of the Third District of South Carolina and the millions of Americans who are demanding transparency into the 2020 election. We the People know this is a pivotal decision for our great country. May God bless the United States of America.”

Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-N.J.) also said Tuesday he would object to Electoral Vote counts from states that did not abide by the rule of law.

Rep.-elect Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) said in an interview this week she has received word that even more lawmakers will join.

“We refuse to certify a stolen election,” she told the Kyle Olson Show. “As members of Congress, it’s our duty to protect the integrity of our elections.”

Meanwhile, Hawley became the first senator to announce that he will object to the certification during the Joint Session of Congress.

“I cannot vote to certify the electoral college results on Jan. 6 without raising the fact that some states, particularly Pennsylvania, failed to follow their own state election laws,” Hawley wrote in a statement on Wednesday. “And I cannot vote to certify without pointing out the unprecedented effort of mega-corporations, including Facebook and Twitter, to interfere in this election, in support of Joe Biden,” he added.

Other than Hawley, Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Rick Scott (R-Fla.), Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.), and Rand Paul (R-Ky.)—as well as Sen.-elect Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.)—have said they are open to the idea of objecting to electors. The move requires both a senator and a representative to carry out, which then triggers a two-hour debate and congressional vote on whether a state’s electoral votes are valid.

But several GOP senators, including No. 2 Republican John Thune (R-S.C.), have said the bid will fail.

“The thing they’ve got to remember is, it’s just not going anywhere. I mean, in the Senate, it would go down like a shot dog,” Thune told reporters last week. “And I just don’t think it makes a lot of sense to put everybody through this when you know what the ultimate outcome is going to be.”

And House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), speaking to reporters Wednesday, said she is confident Joe Biden will be declared the victor in Congress next week.

“I have no doubt that” it will happen, the California Democrat said."
