JUAN O. SAVIN – PICK YOUR LANE – PENCE TAKES FLIGHT
    December 30, 2020
    https://forbiddenknowledgetv.net/mso...-takes-flight/

"Yesterday afternoon, as the Georgia Senate held a hearing on election fraud and the state simultaneously held a runoff election for their US Senators, the election was hacked by the hearings’ star witness, Jovan Pulitzer while fraud was in progress and the evidence was presented right then and there at the hearing.

“At this very moment, at a polling location within the County, not only do we now have access to the devices, to the poll pad, the system, but we are in,” said Pulitzer of his team, which had easily hacked their way into a Dominion voting machine via a WiFi connection, “and it’s not supposed to have WiFi and that’s not supposed to be able to happen, so we’ve documented it. It’s communicating two ways, in real time, meaning it’s receiving data and sending data…that’s going on right there, where everybody’s voting and I just wanted to get it into the record.

“I won’t disclose the location because every location is being checked but we’ve now confirmed it 100%…What you’ve heard in the past is coming through the thermostat stuff. This is a more direct access way and so this is coming through the polling pad…”

Happily, this prompted the Georgia Senate Judiciary Subcommittee to unanimously pass a motion to audit Fulton County’s absentee ballots.

THE COUP’S ORIGINS GO BACK TO JFK

In this video, “International Man of Mystery”, Juan O Savin joins John Chambers on Making Sense of the Madness to discuss the magnitude and the implications of the steal of the 2020 Election by a criminal class.

“We’re reversing a coup that actually, its origins go all the way back to the assassination of John F Kennedy and even beforehand.

“At the time of the assassination, President Kennedy was in the process of dismantling and threatening to dismantle the stranglehold that the CIA had on other operations in our government. And that was a threat to this agency and the people behind it, that were using it like their own private military and police force – and the coordination between other intelligence agencies– British MI6, the Mossad, the German intelligence, all of them were working together on a number of projects and they considered what President Kennedy was doing to be a threat to them…

“I come back to this moment. Is the military behind President Trump? Who’s the real enemy? Are those people who want to have him forced to go forward on a crooked election with obviously fraudulent numbers by machines that are being controlled from outside the United States. Pakistan, Germany, Spain, China, Iran – all these various places that have a pieces into it – and the intelligence agencies.

“Remember, where was it that the dossier came from? That started this whole thing with the Russia stuff? Came out of London! Didn’t come out of Russia. It’s a fake dossier. British MI6 are involved, the CIA was involved, the FBI was involved, MI5 was involved…all these agencies working against President Trump and the elite behind them, that are Globalists, with a Global plan; this pandemic is a plan by the Globalists to enslave us forever.

“It’s another Pearl Harbor, 9/11, a Gulf of Tonkin. It’s fake! Are we going to allow to keep that in place and keep it? No!”

ROSENSTEIN HONEYPOT KINGPIN, KNOWS WHO KILLED SETH RICH
    https://forbiddenknowledgetv.net/set...ss-conference/
Savin says that the July 2018 press conference of an anonymous witness in the Seth Rich murder case, known as “Luke” was poo-pooed by the mainstream but Savin says that Luke’s account of Rod Rosenstein being inside the the DNC and RNC servers, of his altering the documents therein and of his being the kingpin of the Beltway honeypot operation, in order to control everyone was an accurate account.

In that account, Luke said that if Rosenstein did not authorize Seth’s murder, then he certainly knew about it and the motive was to keep a lid on the DNC email breach because it could reveal the DOJ’s (and the Republicans’) tampering and altering of the DNC’s emails throughout the course of the Obama Administration. Also, it would reveal that they began spying on Hillary’s private server, almost from the moment it went live.

    A GLOBAL CRIMINAL CLASS

Savin says, “You’re dealing with a criminal class, a global criminal class that will not stop at anything.” He refers to the Hunter Biden porn videos and other politicians. He says there’s a cache of defense contractor videos that he’s waiting to see come out.

“Your military defense infrastructure has been compromised by people in the executive class who have these private relationships and have been giving away secrets to China, specifically and other countries and through other agents to China, including Mexico. That’s coming! And when it does, it’s gonna rock your world.

“Don’t think for a second that they’re gonna get away with this and it’s gonna back down and it’s not gonna happen. It’s happening!

“…This is all about picking a lane, choosing a side. [The President] put out a call, “I need some help. Americans need to show up on the 6th, make their feelings known to Congress, as they’re getting ready to do this vote, because what has to happen is gonna be very difficult. It’s gonna be a hard pill to swallow. He needs to know that we’re all-in with him to reverse the coup that was perfected in 1963 and take our country back.

“We are all victims. We’ve all been living under this shadow of those events…it’s a traumatizing, it’s an MKULTRA traumatizing event, that has held us hostage since then…we’ve been being held back from a future that we were promised.

“This generation is timing out. Are you gonna let the next generation have to suffer, because you don’t correct something that happened in your lifetime? No! We’re gonna fix this. We’re gonna leave it better than we found it. And this is part of that process. There’s pain ahead but we have to go through it and this moment right now is about picking a team, Good or Evil…”

Savin exhorts Trump supporters to be in DC on the 6th. “If you don’t want to have the military option, force the Justice Department and Congress to do their job. But don’t let ’em steal the vote, one way or the other. That cannot happen.”"

I have not read Pence’s response, but if it is in the form of a motion to dismiss the complaint due to lack of standing, then, yes, as iota observes, that motion does not address the merits. Nor should we interpret it to indicate what Pence will do on 1/6/2021.

Further, it may provide solace to some of you to know that a defendant who files a motion to dismiss is deemed to admit the well pleaded allegations of fact in the complaint. Thus, at this stage of the lawsuit, Pence is admitting the facts and is only saying “So what? You are not the right people to be suing me, and by the way, you are also suing the wrong person or entity.”

It is a procedural motion often filed by defendants. But again, the facts in the complaint are deemed admitted for purposes of the motion to dismiss.

EXPLOSIVE TESTIMONY EXPOSES MORE EVIDENCE OF ELECTION FRAUD!
    https://forbiddenknowledgetv.net/exp...lection-fraud/
    1/1/2021

"Jovan Pulitzer is the prolific inventor who hacked into the Dominion voting machines while he testified at the Georgia election fraud hearing as the Georgia Senate runoff elections were underway.

Pulitzer was able to demonstrate that election fraud was in progress and to enter that evidence at the hearing. He then followed-up with this stunning testimony.

Meanwhile, on Thursday, Vice President Mike Pence asked a federal judge to toss out Rep. Louie Gohmert’s lawsuit that would establish that Pence has authority under the 12th Amendment to reject slates of Biden electors.

Both Pence and the President canceled their vacations and were reported to be meeting at the White House late last night.

Some predict that Pence has decided to pursue a life outside of politics. Others say this is a headfake.

    Happy New year!"

House Asks Court to Dismiss Effort to Clarify Vice President’s Power in Electoral Counting
BY ZACHARY STIEBER January 1, 2021
    https://www.theepochtimes.com/house-...g-2021-01-01-1

"The House of Representatives is asking a court to reject a petition from Republicans that requests judges to say Vice President Mike Pence has the authority to reject some electoral votes.

“This Court should reject plaintiffs’ effort to overturn Congress’s centuries-old role in counting electoral votes and resolving disputes about them in the constitutionally mandated Joint Session,” the House said in an amicus brief on Dec. 31.

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) and other Republicans this week sued Pence, asking a judge to authorize Pence to pick Republican electors over Democratic ones. They said the U.S. Constitution gives Pence the “exclusive authority” to decide which Electoral College votes to count, and that a portion of the Electoral Count Act of 1877 is unconstitutional.

The suit centers around the joint session of Congress that’s held every four years to count electoral votes. Electors meet in each state under the Electoral College system after presidential elections and cast ballots for the candidate that won the most votes in their respective states.

In seven states this election, competing electors also cast ballots for President Donald Trump.

The Democrat-controlled House in its new filing says the vice president during counting sessions, per the 1877 Act, “opens the electors’ certificates, but does not count the votes.”

The court should reject the claim because the plaintiffs lack standing, the suit is not timely, and the constitutional challenges “have no merit.”

“And the public interest and equities cut strongly against a first-of-its-kind injunction that would rewrite longstanding procedural rules for Congressional vote counting and create confusion just days before the required Joint Session,” it added.

In a statement accompanying the brief, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said: “The Gohmert lawsuit has zero legal merit and is yet another sabotage of our democracy. There is no doubt that, despite this desperate unpatriotic charade, on January 6, [Democrat presidential candidate] Joe Biden will be confirmed by the acceptance of the vote of the Electoral College as the 46th President of the United States.”

Pence, a House member before becoming Trump’s vice president, agreed with the House. He also asked U.S. District Judge Jeremy Kernodle, a Trump appointee, to reject the suit.

“A suit to establish that the Vice President has discretion over the count, filed against the Vice President, is a walking legal contradiction,” an attorney representing Pence argued in a separate filing.

The lawsuit could have a major impact on the election, which remains contested just five days before the joint session. A constitutional expert told The Epoch Times this week that a less-covered aspect of the case, which seeks a court determination on how Congress should vote when Republicans object to slates of electors from six states where Trump has challenged the state-certified election results, could be a “big game-changer.”

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) announced Tuesday that he will challenge electoral votes during the congressional session. A quickly-rising number of representatives are also planning to file objections.

Theoretically, objections could lead to the nullification of some state’s electoral votes, but the likelihood of challenges being upheld is considered unlikely because that would require a majority vote in each chamber. Democrats control the House and GOP Senate leadership has repeatedly criticized plans to file the objections.

In the case neither candidate reaches 270 electoral votes during the session, a secondary system would be triggered, wherein the House decides the next president by voting by state. In that scenario, Republicans hold a slight edge.

Biden’s team said this week the electoral counting is “merely a formality” and said Biden is already the president-elect."

Massive Amounts of Evidence Will Be Presented’ on Jan. 6: Trump
    BY JACK PHILLIPS
    January 1, 2021
    https://www.theepochtimes.com/massiv...g-2021-01-01-4

"President Donald Trump announced that evidence of alleged election fraud will be presented on Jan. 6 during the Joint Session of Congress.

“Massive amounts of evidence will be presented on the 6th. We won, BIG!” Trump wrote on Twitter.

It comes as Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) and about 40 House GOP lawmakers have announced they would challenge the Electoral College votes during the Jan. 6 Joint Session of Congress due to alleged fraud and irregularities during the Nov. 3 election. The challenge could lead to several hours of debate during the session.

The challenge is supported by Trump, who, in recent weeks, has met with House lawmakers, including its chief sponsor Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.), at the White House.

Trump’s adviser, Jason Miller, told Newsmax earlier in the week that the team is aiming to present more evidence.

“We will have a chance in front of the American people, next week to present these cases, all these evidences of fraud,” Miller said, pointing to a lawsuit filed by Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) against Vice President Mike Pence earlier this week to prevent him from confirming Joe Biden’s electoral victory. Pence’s lawyers with the Department of Justice later said Pence isn’t the person who should face a lawsuit, arguing that Gohmert should have sued Congress.

If Hawley and the other lawmakers challenge a state’s Electoral College votes, Trump’s campaign will make their presentation. The challenge requires a senator and a representative to carry out.

Miller pointed to law changes regarding mail-in ballots in Wisconsin and other states, “suitcases of ballots” in Georgia being wheeled out late at night on Nov. 3 in Atlanta’s State Farm Center, and officials in Michigan and Arizona allegedly blocking them from inspecting voting systems. State election officials in those states have denied claims from the Trump team and third-parties about voter fraud and irregularities.

“These are the specific types of evidence we want to present to the American people on the national stage and not allow local politicians to sweep it under the rug,” Miller said on the program.

Miller and Trump did not elaborate on how they would present that information to Congress, or whether they will be able to do so.

The president, in making his announcement for Jan. 6, retweeted Hawley’s post where he said that millions of Americans are “concerned about election integrity” and “deserve to be heard.”

“Somebody has to stand up. 74 million Americans are not going to be told their voices don’t matter,” Hawley also stated.

Trump has also suggested that his supporters attend rallies and events on Jan. 6, including one in Washington D.C. at 11 a.m. "

"A new lawsuit is trying to clear up the question of whether Mike Pence can decide which electoral college votes to count. However, the House is trying to have it dismissed.

The deadline for the US Census was yesterday, however the Census Bureau did not make it. Furthermore, the Supreme Court ruled that they cannot have illegal aliens included in the count.

And almost 2 months after the election, there is still one House race (in the entire country) that remains uncalled, what’s keeping them up?"

Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Against Pence Over Electoral College Vote Count
BY MIMI NGUYEN LY January 1, 2021
    https://www.theepochtimes.com/judge-...g-2021-01-01-5

"A U.S. judge on Friday rejected a lawsuit filed by Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) and other Republicans against Vice President Mike Pence, who is due to preside over a joint session of Congress on Jan. 6 for the formal certification of states’ electoral votes for the president of the United States.

Gohmert (R-Texas) and others filed a lawsuit last week that concerns Pence’s role as president of the Senate. The lawsuit, filed against Pence, requested that the court grant Pence “the exclusive authority and sole discretion in determining which electoral votes to count for a given State” on Jan. 6.

Pence argued that he was not the correct defendant to the lawsuit. “A suit to establish that the Vice President has discretion over the count, filed against the Vice President, is a walking legal contradiction,” his attorney said in a Thursday filing in Texas (pdf).

In an order of dismissal on Friday (pdf), U.S. District Judge Jeremy Kernodle wrote that plaintiffs lack standing to bring the legal action that would prevent Pence from confirming Joe Biden’s electoral victory.

“Plaintiff Louie Gohmert, the United States Representative for Texas’s First Congressional District, alleges at most an institutional injury to the House of Representatives. Under well-settled Supreme Court authority, that is insufficient to support standing,” he wrote.

“The other Plaintiffs, the slate of Republican Presidential Electors for the State of Arizona (the “Nominee-Electors”), allege an injury that is not fairly traceable to the Defendant, the Vice President of the United States, and is unlikely to be redressed by the requested relief,” he added.

Republican electors in seven battleground states had cast alternative slates of votes for President Donald Trump on Dec. 14, asserting that Trump was the true winner in those states. They alleged that election fraud took place, and contested election officials who declared a win for Biden.
Gohmert and other Republicans argued in their lawsuit against Pence that the U.S. Constitution clearly outlines the protocol for when alternate slates of electors are presented to the president of the Senate. They say the president of the Senate has “exclusive authority and sole discretion under the 12th Amendment to determine which slates of electors for a state, or neither, may be counted.”

Pence’s attorney in the Thursday court filing claimed that the plaintiffs “have sued the wrong defendant,” noting that suit objects to procedures in the law and “not any actions that Vice President Pence has taken,” so he should not be the target of the suit.

The power of the vice president to count or reject electoral votes is disputed.

In a brief (pdf) filed on New Year’s Day, Gohmert wrote that he and 140 Republicans in the House plan to object to the counting of electors that states certified for Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden on Jan. 6.

At least one senator is needed to sustain a challenge. Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) has said he will object."

Power of Vice President to Count or Reject Electoral Votes Disputed
BY PETR SVAB December 29, 2020
    News Analysis
    https://www.theepochtimes.com/disput...n_3636866.html

"At 1 p.m. local time on Jan. 6, members of Congress will gather in the chamber of the House of Representatives to observe the formal certification of Electoral College votes for president of the United States.

While it’s usually a formality, nothing has been usual so far about this year’s election amid numerous allegations of voter fraud in key swing states.

The situation is complicated by a lack of clarity on the legal and constitutional guardrails for the process. The joint session of Congress may well result in gridlock, in which a clear winner of the race isn’t announced at all.

Based on current election results, former Vice President Joe Biden has received 306 electoral votes to Trump’s 232 votes. Meanwhile, Republicans in seven states where Biden claimed victory have sent their own sets of electoral votes to Washington, and some members of the House have indicated that they will object to Biden electors in some states. Any objection would require support from one House member and one senator to be considered, and at least one senator has left open the possibility he would join the effort.

    So what will happen?

The counting of votes is primarily governed by the 12th Amendment of the Constitution and the amended Electoral Count Act.

The Constitution simply states that electors of each state have to meet, make a list of their votes, “which they shall sign and certify,” and send those to the president of the Senate, meaning Vice President Mike Pence.

“The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted,” the 1804 amendment says.

The Electoral Count Act of 1887, currently known as 3 U.S. Code Section 15, establishes a procedure for how the votes are counted, how to raise objections, and how to resolve disputes. First, it says that the vice president indeed presides over the proceedings. Then, it says the House and Senate leaders each designate two tellers. The VP opens the envelopes with the vote certificates and hands them to the tellers for counting. The tellers then read them out loud, count them, and hand them back to the VP to announce the results.

Then, in rather convoluted language, the law says that Congress members can object. At least one objection from each chamber is needed to trigger a separate vote by both House and Senate on the objections. If both chambers agree, the objected voters are rejected. That’s virtually out of the question given the Democrats’ majority in the House.

If two sets of electors are presented for counting, the House and Senate need to separately vote on which set is legitimate and which should be rejected. If each chamber votes differently, the set certified by the state’s governor should count. That would hand the victory to Biden.

The problem is, there’s a voluminous body of legal analysis arguing that the Electoral Count Act is unconstitutional. Congress has no business granting itself the authority to decide which slate of electors is the correct one and which votes should be rejected. Nor does Congress have the power to designate state governors as the final arbiters, a lineup of legislators and legal scholars have argued.

There are two arguments for who has the constitutional power to decide which electors to choose.

Some jurists say it’s the VP who has the sole discretion to decide which votes to count. The argument is that the framers intended for the VP to be the sole authority over the counting of the votes because the unanimous resolution attached to the Constitution said that the Senate should appoint its president “for the sole purpose of receiving, opening, and counting the votes for president.”

Moreover, before the adoption of the Electoral Count Act, it was always the VP counting the votes, sometimes despite major objections from Congress. Thomas Jefferson did so as the VP in the 1800 election, counting Georgia’s constitutionally deficient votes and de facto securing his own presidency.

Arizona state lawmakers and GOP electors, together with Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas), have filed a federal suit asking for the court to clarify the law to the effect that the Electoral Count Act is unconstitutional and the VP’s power is paramount.

    Not everybody agrees, though.

University of Virginia professor John Harrison, an expert on constitutional history, says the VP doesn’t have “any constitutional power to make decisions” over which votes to count.

He argued that the law is deficient to the effect that “Congress doesn’t have the power to make the announcement [of its decisions regarding the vote count] conclusive.” But that doesn’t mean it can’t prescribe any rules at all.

“The Constitution does call for counting the votes with both houses present, so I think that setting up procedures for a count is within Congress’s power,” he told The Epoch Times via email.

The second argument is that the Constitution grants the authority to determine how electors are picked to state legislatures. As such, any disputes over which votes should be counted should be resolved by state legislatures.

The problem is, state legislatures aren’t in session and they can’t assemble in a special session without a call from the governors, who have refused to do so. Meanwhile, the legislatures have usually delegated the power to certify electors to the Governors and Secretaries of State, undermining their own authority on the matter.

The conservative Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society has filed a federal lawsuit arguing that the power of the legislatures is both “exclusive and non-delegable,” and thus any state and federal statutes to the contrary are unconstitutional and void.

That would not only knock down some provisions of the Electoral Count Act, but also render electoral votes that haven’t been certified post-election by state legislatures illegitimate.

Regardless of what the courts will say, the core question is what will take place in the House chambers on Jan. 6? Will Pence refuse to follow the Electoral Count Act? Will some of the tellers dissent? If things go wrong for the Democrats, will House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) try to end the session prematurely?

There’s no way to tell. Pence hasn’t let his intentions be known."

    (This is very confusing!

apparently NOT suicidal .. the following very short 5 minute video begins Lin Wood stating that he has placed the "evidence" of SCOTUS Judge Woods in the hands of several 3rd parties

it goes on to show video of testimony of Judge Roberts screaming through the walls about the Texas courts and Judge Woods being presented with precedent cases that indicated they should hear the Texas case and Roberts screaming the didn't give a ^&*()&()

    From Jim Stone:

    Very interesting stuff going on

I am going to break from my usual restraints (of the last few weeks) and say what I think. There is trouble. Trump is under severe threat and it is not only from Iran. I think he put a double in the white house and ditched Pence. I actually think he ditched Pence. This could be totally wrong, and all it would take to prove he did not ditch Pence would be to have Pence show up business as usual. However, I am not the only one who is suspecting this, it is actually quite widespread.

MY MAIN HUNCH: Trump has already given the military activation speech. They all saw it. The entire military knows the election was beyond fraudulent, it was shockingly fraudulent. And if the EC goes awry, all hell is going to break loose.

I don't like saying stuff like that because it's a great way to end up being a retard.

One good example of this happened to David Wilcock, who got bamboozled by people who obviously wanted him discredited, and tricked him into saying major actions were going to be taken that were not taken, and nothing happened. In his case, "contacts" told him things and they basically committed fraud to get him to trash himself. It did work. He got a real kick in the teeth that was not deserved.

So I am super reluctant about making predictions, and no insider contacts told me anything of the sort. All I'll say is something in the air . . . . . the smoke of a not so distant fire. We are going to know exactly what that fire is burning soon, hopefully it won't be the constitution.

Now back to my headline: Very interesting stuff going on

First of all, there is credible rumor Pence resigned. There is also credible rumor Trump has a body double in the white house right now. A photo surfaced that does not look like Trump in the white house, and aircraft tracking had Pence aboard a plane other than airforce 1 or 2. Trump has promised damning new proof of vote fraud to be presented before the electoral college. There are piles of rumors and suppositions floating around right now, it is hard to know what to believe but one thing is certain - things are heating up. I don't want to be among those making random guesses but I will at least say that the next few days are going to be VERY interesting and I'll try to keep on top of it all.

There is one big problem with Lin Wood however, it looks like he has gone "off his rocker" and I hope there was not a major deep state removal of key players, including Trump. The body double is suspicious, I hope nothing happened of that sort.

Nice: "Antifa" substantially vandalized Nancy Pelosi's house with well written graffiti, a pig's head, and fake blood. Nice to see her hens come home to roost with those she has supported so well. Very nice.

A few quick items on New Years:

Some of these are just general consensus comments which are the result of a lot of guaging public opinion, where I think the opinion is legit.

    1. Georgia was told to keep their ballots for audit, and immediately called in shredder trucks and shredded them all. So much for the 22 months required by law.

    2. Lin Wood started out GREAT yesterday and then suddenly went Koo Koo and I wonder if they nailed him or not. Time will tell. The best way to destroy him for pointing out cold hard facts about Roberts would be to kill him or drug him and then post total nonsense on the same twitter that skinned Roberts alive. I think that may have happened.

    3. Pence is doing everything possible to be a total traitor, TO THE MAX. He is resisting all efforts to get the election judged appropriately and is sabotaging Trump left and right. He was a real swamp critter and now Trump is just finding out.

    4. at least 140 house members and an unknown number of senators are going to object to the election theft. Trump is openly calling for an enormous march on washington, and in preparation for making it as miserable as possible, the left is shutting down every bathroom and hotel they possibly can. If 10 million people show up and all the bathrooms are closed, they absolutely WILL get away with pissing and crapping all over leftist businesses that did this, who is going to arrest them? It won't be possible. I would not be against this. Send those bastards a message about vote fraud that THEY have to clean up. That said, eat crackers or whatever will plug you up starting the day before so you don't actually need to crap there. Getting away with pee is easy.

    5. Priceless: Dominion machines were hacked live during a hearing, and as a follow up, they were hacked AGAIN and the second time they were hacked, they started generating web traffic to China!!!! That's bad, considering no vote machine is supposed to even be able to access the web at all. HA HA HA, "no evidence of vote fraud". None. And take that vax, it is good for you!!

    6. Very noteworthy: Enormous numbers of very prominent people are presenting evidence and proof of vote fraud at a pace so fast with content so broad it is impossible to keep up. But there is a problem: We had all the evidence we needed to round up hundreds if not thousands of people the day after the election and jail them on the spot, and nothing happened because the national immune system has been totally compromised.

Let's look at this problem the way a computer would. On day one, we hit logic state 1, which should have activated every police force, the FBI, every prosecuting attorney, EVERYTHING, on DAY ONE, and nothing happened. Since day one, 100X the evidence needed to do that has been added to the equation, but that still only trips logic state 1. A computer can't see anything more than 1 at the binary level . . . . everything should have happened with 1 percent of what is known now.

So no matter how good a case so many people are presenting at this point, it's not going to make any difference to increase that 100 to 1,000 when logic state 1 is all that can compute, this crap should have been over with completely by Nov 7.

Clearly, clearly, rebellion is needed, but how is that going to happen when EVERYONE IS FLUORIDATED? The people who stole this election made damn good and sure everyone who might resist got fluoridated one way or another for a reason, it was all part of the plan and it is stopping the rage people need to get to to actually start making things right. Before the fluoride, bar fights happened every week end in my town. When they brought in the fluoride, all that stopped . . . . . how is that going to reflect on the prospects of people getting mad enough to fight outside the bar?

    7. Iran is now "threatening to assassinate Trump". I doubt it. There is something else going on with this. How about, the deep state issued the threat and pinned it on Iran, so millions of pissed off Trump supporters support the war the swamp always wanted?

    8. Claudia's sister did not get the flu shot and is now starting to feel better. The same cannot be said for the 3 dead people that DID get the shot.

    9. Pence has now stated he's not pursuing a future in politics beyond this election. OBVIOUSLY THIS MEANS HE RECEIVED A PAYOFF AND GUARANTEE OF A FAT LIFE AFTER BACKSTABBING TRUMP, WHICH HE'LL DO AT THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE. HE KNOWS HE WILL BE FINISHED IN POLITICS AFTER THAT. HE MADE A DEAL, OBVIOUSLY.

    How about that fluoride?

i have been saying that for WEEKS

There are people who have had certain life experiences and successes ..
and you can tell by the directness of their speech, no hesitancy

    the confidence in the tone

eyes that look straight into yours

and a gait .. yes, the way one walks .. with confidence

never has to READ a speech ... because ONLY speaks the words that one THINKS .. does NOT stutter ...

an innate authority that CANNOT be 'faked'

the man who TRUMP is? is THAT man ...

the man we've seen reading the speeches and repeating phrases for emphasis "great people, great people"

    is NOT TRUMP

i know it well enough to recognize it in a heart beat ... and can spot the difference

looking for videos to show difference ...'

    THIS .. is Trump:

i'm looking for a video of him that was posted in November in the Massive thread that was a compilation of his early years ... someone just wanted to showcase him and then went back on topic

i had just seen a recent one of him reeeaddding and it was off as soon as i saw the video i'm talking about i saw the contrast immediately

someone may be able to physically look like another ... but the qualities i'm speaking of so few people have and i've never known anyone to be able to "fake" them

not ALL of them... not ALL at once ... even voice? it won't have that innate authority backing the words ...

now, i'd be glad to know he is safe ... it is absolutely certain that his life IS in danger .. without a doubt it is, and if he is gone? then so is our hope ...

At present count THRITEEN (13) Senators will Object on January 6th

    Axios reports:

"A growing number of Republican senators — led by Ted Cruz — announced today they also will object to certifying state Electoral College votes on Wednesday and called for resurrecting an Electoral Commission to conduct an emergency audit of the results.

    Why it matters:
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell had hoped to avoid the spectacle of his party leading a last-ditch effort to prevent Joe Biden from being declared the 2020 election winner, but Josh Hawley of Missouri said he would raise a general objection and now other Republican senators plan to air more specific grievances.

Driving the news: Cruz, who, like Hawley, is thought to be considering a 2024 presidential bid, released a statement this afternoon announcing his plans, shortly after Axios first reported about them. Several other GOP senators are now expected to follow in a coordinated effort they consider distinct from Hawley's.

    Republicans involved include

Sens. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), James Lankford (R-Okla.), Steve Daines (R-Mont.), John Kennedy (R-La.), Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), and Mike Braun (R-Ind.), as well as Sens.-elect Cynthia Lummis (R-Wyo.), Roger Marshall (R-Kan.), Bill Hagerty (R-Tenn.) and Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.).

    What they're saying:
"Congress should immediately appoint an Electoral Commission, with full investigatory and fact-finding authority, to conduct an emergency 10-day audit of the election returns in the disputed states. Once completed, individual states would evaluate the Commission’s findings and could convene a special legislative session to certify a change in their vote, if needed," the senators said in a joint statement.
    • The group noted a similar commission - made of five representatives, five senators and five Supreme Court justices - reviewed allegations of fraud in the 1876 election
    • .
    • “Accordingly, we intend to vote on Jan. 6 to reject the electors from disputed states as not ‘regularly given’ and ‘lawfully certified’ (the statutory requisite), unless and until that emergency 10-day audit is completed."

The backstory: Some Democrats have occasionally raised individual objections to certifying the Electoral College results, but a large-scale, partisan objection would turn a usually procedural action into a challenge of a bedrock of American democracy: the peaceful transfer of power.

The House and Senate are set to meet Wednesday for a Joint Session in which the individual Electoral College counts from each state are announced.

Any member can raise an objection. If both a representative and a senator object to an individual state's result, members of the House and Senate head to their separate chambers to debate and vote on whether to uphold the challenge. Each vote could take up to two hours.

McConnell has described any vote Wednesday as the "most consequential" of his political career, and other Republican senators are anxious about having to publicly choose between upholding the results and bolstering President Trump's claims of election fraud.

While numerous courts up to the Supreme Court have thrown out election challenges made by the Trump campaign and other supporters, these senators are concerned that voting against the president's wishes will prompt him to support an opponent against them in 2022 and beyond.

Timing: The Senate certification vote will come just a day after two runoff elections in Georgia. If Democrats were to win both races, it would result in a 50-50 split chamber with Vice President-elect Kamala Harris wielding tie-breaking power on behalf of the Democrats.

(SIDE NOTE: WHAT? vp elect HARRIS would cast the tie breaking power?

Satori? do you agree with this? are they pulling a fast one?

No, I do not agree that “[VP] elect Harris” has any authority or power to cast any vote in the capacity of “VP elect”. Just as there is no office of the “President elect”, there is no office of the “VP elect”.

The actual VP on 1/6/2021 will be (is) Pence and he holds that position at least until noon on 1/20/2021. (And, when all is said and done he will be VP Elect on 1/6/2021 (or thereabouts) and VP for a second term on 1/20/2021 (or thereabouts).)

An “elect” to any position has no authority or power to do squat. One must first be sworn into a position before any jurisdiction, power or authority exists.

As far as the notion of a commission to evaluate election fraud, I do not see that this advances the ball. For the reasons I have most recently stated in other posts, Pence as VP and President of the Senate has both ample evidence, in the form of competing electoral votes from the battleground states (the Legislatures of which took evidence causing them to submit their own electoral votes), and ample constitutional and other legal power and authority to discard—and not count— the competing electoral votes from the battleground states. This will cast out both the illegal and fraudulently obtained electoral votes certified by the executive office (governor) of the battleground states, and also the votes certified by the Legislatures of those states. Then only the electoral votes of the other states, those states relatively free from the inextricable taint of systematic and systemic fraud, will be counted.

The result will be a Trump victory, as it was on 11/3/2020, and Trump and Pence will be inaugurated.

    oh thank goodness! absolutely relieved!

and i agree 100% that a "commission to evaluate fraud" will NOT advance ANYTHING

it seems as a delaying tactic to "buy them more time" for what?

    the 10 days of darkness?

and it isn't in the Constitution, correct?

so that being the case, what option do we, as citizens have in pressing our elected officials to uphold the Constitution that they have been SWORN to uphold?

if they fail to do so, what redress is available to us?

i know there were states (either 9 or 18) that allowed for "removal" or "impeachment" procedures against them, would this remedy be available now? and would it be applicable for failure to follow the procedures ALREADY outlined in the Consitituion?

and i guess i'm asking, isn't their initiating this "other" procedure unconstitutional, if not at the very least, unorthodox and without precedent?

PS was also wondering if Pence is taking an "early retirement out of public office" as he is hinting at on Jan 6 or before, what is the prescribed procedure then?

would President Trump be able to select another VP? or would that put Pelosi in charge?

is there a chance that if they DO follow through on this delay, that Pelosi becomes acting president in the interim?

i need my passport asap if that is the case ...
