    Hi Ernie...
    ...

Let's move any discussion about supporting Trump or expounding on the "common sense policy" and "path to victory" that you believe Trump has laid out in one of the Trump threads. I'd love to hear your observations on what specifically "common sense policy" and "path to victory" actually means, beyond nebulous, jingoistic phrases, because I honestly have not heard them laid out.

How about this? Pertinent to what's currently going on in America with some foreign policy (albeit with regard to Ukraine but certainly relevant to the broader world picture in general and new events as they transpire [Trump seems to keep adding more to his Agenda47 depending on what's required]):

This is my Trump thread after all, so I'll share a link to all his Agenda47 video announcements. Trump addresses the issues America faces and provides polished solutions. Trump is definitely backed by something huge. Looks like the military to me. He's about as confident and courageous as they get.

From The Moon of Alabama today. The faux title is deliberately ironic.

(There's a video out there today, openly published by Israel, showing Hamas soldiers surrendering to the Israeli IDF — and all immediately being shot dead.)
    Israel Confesses War Crime

No, not really. Israel did not confess war crimes. It never does. It proudly announced that it will now commit a war crime:
Israel's defence minister described Palestinians as "human animals" and vowed to "act accordingly," as fighter jets unleashed a massive bombing campaign on the Gaza Strip. Yoav Gallant announced a "complete siege" of the Gaza Strip, an area of about 365 square km, and home to 2.3 million Palestinians, which has been under an Israeli-led blockade since 2007.
"I have ordered a complete siege on the Gaza Strip. There will be no electricity, no food, no fuel, everything is closed," Gallant said.
"We are fighting human animals and we are acting accordingly," he added.
The Israeli air force has dropped 2,000 munitions and more than 1,000 tonnes of bombs on Gaza in the last 20 hours, the army said on Monday morning, having shelled 20 high-rise residential buildings, mosques, hospitals, banks and other civilian infrastructure.

    ---
Ragıp Soylu @ragipsoylu - 13:37 UTC · Oct 10, 2023 Israel military spokesman Daniel Hagari said that the army drops hundreds of tons of bombs in attacks in the Gaza Strip, and —— "the emphasis is on damage and not on accuracy.”
    — Haaretz|

    ---

    Haaretz commentator Gideon Levy:
Israel Can’t Imprison Two Million Gazans Without Paying a Cruel Price (archived)
    ...
On Saturday they were already talking about wiping out entire neighborhoods in Gaza, about occupying the Strip and punishing Gaza “as it has never been punished before.” But Israel hasn’t stopped punishing Gaza since 1948, not for a moment. After 75 years of abuse, the worse possible scenario awaits it once again. The threats of “flattening Gaza” prove only one thing: We haven’t learned a thing. The arrogance is here to stay, even though Israel is paying a high price once again.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu bears very great responsibility for what happened, and he must pay the price, but it didn’t start with him and it won’t end after he goes. We now have to cry bitterly for the Israeli victims, but we should also cry for Gaza.
Gaza, most of whose residents are refugees created by Israel. Gaza, which has never known a single day of freedom.
The Israeli government has called up another 360,000 reservists for a total of 660,000 reservists plus the 170,000 in the regular standing forces. Israel's total labor force is 4.4 million.

This is not sustainable for more than a week or two. With 660,000 mostly young people, 15% of the total workforce, suddenly absent, Israel's economy will immediately tank. The Shekel and the Israeli stock market have already dropped significantly and the central bank had to intervene to keep the currency stable.

Meanwhile 200,000 out of a total of 2.3 million Palestinians in Gaza are now displaced. Israel bombed their homes to smithereens and they have nowhere to go.

A few days ago Netanyahu told people in Gaza to leave. The only place they theoretically could go is Egypt. Today Israel bombed the Rafah border crossing between Gaza and Egypt.

A ground invasion of Gaza will be difficult and likely lead to massacres - on both sides. Hezbollah in Lebanon and Syria would likely see a ground invasion of Gaza as a reason to intervene. It has missiles and drones that are precise and can reach any part of Israel. Israel may then retaliate by attacking the Syrian government. Iran and Russia would thereby get involved in the war. The U.S. of course would jump in on Israel's side.

This war could really, really escalate and do so soon.

    Food for thought....

Does anyone actually believe that Israel can go into Gaza and eradicate Hamas without killing 10's of thousands of unarmed civilian men, women, and children?
I don't blame Israel for wanting revenge and wanting Hamas eliminated, but I doubt if the world will stand by quietly and watch 1000's of unarmed civilians being slaughtered because they just happened to be in the way. I see Israel going forward with this regardless.

Another thing I've noticed after watching several clips of these Hamas fighters attacking these Israeli towns etc., is that I personally don't believe they were all Hamas fighters. Many of them "to me" appeared to look like ISIS fighters. Many clips looked like they could have been clips straight out of Syria and Iraq from a few years back. I'm not implying that these Hamas clips were fake, I'm implying that I personally believe that many of these fighters could have been battle hardened ISIS fighters that re-grouped with Hamas a few years ago. Many in the news media and witnesses on the ground have also said that this attack appeared to be different from anything they've seen before from Hamas. This has ISIS written all over it in my opinion. I may be wrong but I personally do NOT believe this was just Hamas fighters from Gaza who did this.

I watched the Biden speech today....I'm sorry folks but I do NOT believe a single word that ever comes out of this idiot's mouth. He is so on board with Israel and with what Israel is about to do in Gaza it's got me scratching my head and only confirming in my own mind that something way bigger is going on here than just Israel going into Gaza and wiping out Hamas. This is a 180 from how the Obama/Biden admin was with Israel and even how Biden was with Israel just 2 years ago. I don't think it'll take but a week, maybe two, before the true plan will be clear to see. It's looking more and more like Iran is the target in my opinion. I also personally believe than many on the far left in the Democratic party were fuming and had blood squirting out of their eyes after Biden's speech today!

As for the US, specifically relating to an event happening within its borders, I stick with what I said in an earlier post.... something big is going to happen sooner rather than later.

Rregardless of whatever is coming or whatever is going to happen, I find it completely astonishing how so many people on this planet can be so easily manipulated.

In addition to the above--i. e., you don't shoot surrendered POWs--we see, at the very least, intentional attacks on Gaza civilians, the likely use of white phosphorous, and, an attempt to blockade the entire region from everything.

Is it possible to commit a bigger crime? Not really.

It is like the cryptically hidden confessions of the 1950s, except now they say it in the news.

Those horrifying things that would have originally prevented American support for Israel, such as its gangsterish and terroristic ways? Normalized. To the drone mind, anyway. Take in German Nazis, install Israeli equivalents. What a foreign policy.

By now it is at the beginning of Islamic Jihad and Hamas both firing on Tel Aviv and Ben Gurion airport.

Despite the logistical barrier, here is the statement from that resistor of Saudi Arabia, Yemen:

Quote Leader of Ansarullah Movement Sayyed Abdul Malik Badreddine Al-Houthi stressed that Yemen is ready to participate even in waging rocketry and drone attacks if the Americans intervene directly in the Zionist aggression on Gaza.

In a televised speech on Tuesday, Sayyed Al-Houthi hailed the Palestinian Resistance fighters, felicitating all the Palestinians on the great victory of Al-Aqsa Flood Operation.

“Should the geographical barriers be removed, hundreds of thousands of Yemeni fighters are ready to back the Palestinian resistance against the Zionist aggression on Gaza.”

Sayyed Al-Houthi affirmed that Ansarullah Movement is in full coordination with the axis of resistance in order to maintain certain redlines, stressing that the Palestinian fighters will not be left alone.

He lauded the recent surprise attack by Gaza-based resistance groups against the Israeli occupying regime as a momentous “historic victory” that has disrupted established equations and inflicted substantial losses on the illegitimate entity.

In his address, he emphasized that “Operation al-Aqsa Storm” constituted a “legitimate” response to decades of Israeli aggression and atrocities against Palestinians. Since the operation began on Saturday, resistance groups in the besieged Gaza Strip have launched over 5,000 rockets towards the occupied territories. Israeli media outlets report that more than 1,000 settlers and soldiers have been killed, with many more injured as a result.

Al-Houthi stated, “Operation al-Aqsa Storm is a monumental and essential operation that aligns with the legitimate rights of Palestinian fighters and the Palestinian people. It enables them to confront their oppressive, criminal occupiers—the enemy who subjects them to various injustices and daily violence.” He further highlighted that Israel not only kills innocent civilians, including children and women, but also denies them their fundamental rights, including the right to independence and freedom, while unlawfully occupying their land.

Describing “al-Aqsa Storm” as an “unprecedented historic victory” achieved through the heroic resistance effort, al-Houthi stressed that it had significant repercussions, breaking established norms and inflicting losses on the ruthless Zionist enemy.

He underlined the enduring oppression faced by the Palestinian people since the establishment of the usurping Israeli regime, which has systematically practiced injustice and tyranny against them. He noted, “The origins of this regime are steeped in crime, murder, attacks in various forms, land usurpation, rights confiscation, and the abduction and torture of the Palestinian people.”

Al-Houthi also called out Western governments and the United States for their complicity in Israeli crimes against Palestinians, emphasizing, “Since its inception, the Israeli regime has been nurtured by arrogant colonial powers, starting with Britain and culminating with the US. It has consistently enjoyed unwavering support from Americans and Western nations.” He asserted that the US bears responsibility for its partnership in the Israeli enemy’s criminal actions against innocent civilians, especially women and children.

Al-Houthi further contended that ‘Israel’ lacks legitimacy and criticized the international community and world bodies for their inaction regarding Israel’s decades-long aggression against Palestinians. He questioned the United Nations’ effectiveness in addressing the plight of the Palestinian people and argued that Israel’s UN membership should be reconsidered due to its lack of legitimacy.

In his televised address, Al-Houthi commended the combat readiness of Palestinian resistance fighters in Gaza, noting their significant capabilities and tangible achievements over the years. He called upon everyone to support the Palestinian people and their resistance fighters through political, media, and even military means. Al-Houthi stressed that it is unacceptable to witness the Palestinian people and their heroic fighters receive limited support while Western countries continue to back the oppressive Zionist enemy.

Lastly, Al-Houthi condemned the “shameful” normalization efforts by certain Arab countries, asserting that such actions undermine the Palestinian people’s struggle by isolating them from crucial support. He emphasized the importance of standing in solidarity with the Palestinian cause against the backdrop of normalization agreements that compromise the Palestinians’ quest for justice and liberation.

It would take someone like Egypt to green light their passage, and then they would probably have to defeat the American Navy in the Red Sea, otherwise this would be happening at once. On the level of popular will, it is very true, but I am npt aware they have any means of force projection.

Notice that the bordering state actor, Syria, has almost nothing to say. They don't need to. For them not to have hardly taken any shots for the past several years while Israel continues to attack their country is somewhat dignified.

On our lovely divisions, one may see that Judaism hovers around .2% of the world's population.

Islam is rapidly growing, everywhere, and is up to around 30%. The reasons and solidarity here should be fairly obvious.

The big contender is actually moving:

Quote One of the major religion-related news headlines today revolves around the decline of Christianity in North America. Western Europe is now considered post-Christian and surveys consistently report declines in religious belief, attendance, and self-identification. Yet, over the last century, there has been a pronounced shift of Christianity from the Global North to the Global South, with dramatic growth of Christian populations in places like sub-Saharan Africa and East Asia.

It's not fast enough to pull the plug on American Zionism today, but it does show a lack of solidarity.

Did not USA help ISIS in Syria? Calling them "Syrian Rebels" ... Same trick USA used in Libya: ..."Libyan Rebels" also helped by The USA that were brutal savages!

In response to all the excellent points you made here, I'd like to add one more, which is simple and seems to me to be a matter of pure logical inference.

IF the events that happened when Hamas suddenly attacked Israel were in some way orchestrated, encouraged, allowed to happen, or in any other way engineered by western and/or Israeli agencies (and so all is NOT what it immediately seems)

THEN it means that a wider regional war, and possibly something that would escalate close to WWIII, is also part of that same plan and may now be hard to avoid.

Those white vehicles in the clips are exactly what made me think it was ISIS doing these attacks alongside with the Hamas fighters.

I totally think this is what's happening. A wider regional war in the Middle East would distract from the many crimes and extreme corruption being exposed now. (especially in Ukraine and involving many politicians). The military industrial complex will be back in business bigtime and that will prop the dollar up for a while longer. I could go on and on, regardless, WW3 is a huge possibility.

Also, a huge event inside the US would cause chaos and most likely put everyone on lockdown again. Basically, it'll be martial law like again and cause the next election to be done by mail so they can control the outcome (or no election at all). Either way the Democrats and shadow gov will remain in power. They will never allow Trump back in office, they're making that clear now.
It'll be really bad here in the US if a bunch of fighters shoot up some places here like they did in Israel. It'll make the covid lockdown look like a child's play! Plus, the military would be active within the US hunting these fighters down and everyone would be freaking out for months. Things would be a huge mess.

I can almost see this playing out clear as day in my head. I've been wrong before, hopefully I am wrong again this time.

    Text:
Video footage shows Israeli forces shooting four surrendering Palestinians in the back, after which they placed weapons next to the unarmed bodies for a staged victory shot.

In the published video, at the moment of their attempt to surrender, the Palestinians are unarmed. However, in the photos taken after the shooting, each of them miraculously appears to have a rifle in their hands.

It's worth noting that the video was published by an official Israeli military media outlet.
