The Radical Left Judge who should not be handling the FAKE & FULLY DISCREDITED CASE brought against me by the New York State A.G. (It should be handled by the Commercial Division, but should never have been brought!), fined me $10,000 yesterday under his so-called gag order. He is a judge that found me GUILTY before the trial even started, and long before he had the real facts, like Michael Cohen collapsing and choking yesterday under cross examination, and completely admitting that I did nothing wrong. He committed MASSIVE PERJURY, at a level seldom seen on the stand before. It was like watching the end of the best Petty Mason episode, where the defendant breaks down and cries, “Yes, I did it, I did it, I did it.” This case should be ended, NOW, but this Judge and his “boss,” Letitia Peekaboo James, will never let that happen. He even refuses to accept our big win in the Appeals Court. It is a disgrace to the legal system in the State of New York. This is a RIGGED CASE!

Trump Walks Out of Courtroom Early As Judge Engoron Refuses to Dismiss Trial After Michael Cohen Admits in Court Trump Never Ordered Him to Inflate Assets (VIDEO)

On Tuesday, Cohen, a known liar, told the court that Trump inflated his assets. He continued his testimony on Wednesday where he admitted in court that Trump never ordered him to inflate his financials.

“So Mr. Trump never asked you to inflate the numbers on his financial statement,” Trump attorney Cliff Robert asked Michael Cohen, according to CNN.

“Correct,” Michael Cohen said.

Trump’s lawyer Cliff Robert immediately asked the judge to dismiss the trial because Cohen, the key witness, just told the court that Trump never instructed him to inflate his assets.

Judge Engoron denied the motion to dismiss and it was at this point that Trump got up and abruptly walked out of the courtroom.

My daughter, Ivanka, was released from this Fake Letitia James case by the Court of Appeals, but this Trump Hating, Unhinged Judge, who ruled me guilty before this Witch Hunt Trial even started, couldn’t care less about the fact that he was overturned. I also won on Appeal on Statute of Limitations, but he refuses to accept their decision. I truly believe he is CRAZY, but certainly, at a minimum, CRAZED in his hatred of me. This case should have never started, but now must be dismissed. Financial Statements were LOW, NOT HIGH, had a 100% Disclaimer Clause, Banks were fully paid, “on time, on schedule,” with never even a minor default, there was NO VICTIM, EXCEPT ME. Any other Judge in the Country would have thrown this case out on day one. He’s an out of control “Nut Job,” who fined me $10,000 over a ridiculous Gag Order so that the publicity for the day would take over from the fact that Racist James and the Judge’s Star Witness admitted LYING TO CONGRESS on the stand - CASE OVER!

Note in most of the reporting on the Trump real estate "bank fraud" case in NYC, the presiding judge **already lost** an appeal to a higher court.

The judge **simply ignored the higher court ruling**.

From **that point onward** every thing in this trial is an exercise in futility for the prosecution and the judge.

Any judgment made against Trump in this show trial that doesn't even matter except as election interference is going to be reversed.

Update (1400ET): The virulent anti-Trump judge overseeing the former President's New York real estate case popped a gasket during Monday testimony - for which no cameras were allowed.



The trial concerns claims that Trump inappropriately inflated the value of his real-estate holdings in order to obtain commercial loans and insurance policies.

The prosecution began with Attorney General Kevin Wallace asking Trump to confirm that he was head of the Trump organization between May 1, 1981 and Jan. 19, 2017, to which Trump replied that Wallace was among "every Democratic district attorney, attorney general and US Attorney who were coming after me from fifteen sides, all different cases, all Trump haters, all cases that are not good. Weaponization."

Trump then testified that banks didn't actually care about his statements of financial condition.

"They just weren’t a very important element in banks’ decision-making process. and we’ll explain that as this trial goes along, as this crazy trial goes along," he said, drawing a rebuke from Judge Arthur Engoron - who told the former president to "just answer the questions, no speeches."

Trump's lawyer spoke up, saying that Wallace is asking "questions that call for narratives."

"Can you control your client?"

Trump then claimed that he added millions in value due to his brand.

"I became president because of my brand," he said, to which Engoron asked defense lawyer Christopher Kise, "Can you control your client?"

"The former and soon-to-be chief executive of the United States understands the rules," replied Kise. "But he doesn’t abide by them," the judge shot back.

Engoron then threatened to boot Trump off the stand twice, saying "We are not here to hear what he has to say ... We are here to hear him answer the questions. And most of the time he’s not."

Trump lawyer Alina Habba responded that the court was indeed here to hear what Trump had to say.

"Sit down already!" Engoron ejaculated, to which Trump said "This is a very very unfair trial."

After a 15-minute recess, Trump said that he wasn't involved in preparing his organization's 2021 statement of financial condition because he was too busy "keeping our country safe" at the time.

"My threshold was China, Russia," he said. "But, just for the record, you weren’t president in 2021?" asked the deputy AG. "No, I wasn’t," Trump replied.

Trump also mocked Engoron's Sept. 26 pre-trial ruling that he committed fraud in valuing his properties - calling the Judge's decision itself "fraudulent," and saying of AG Letitia James "the fraud is her!"

"I think it’s fraudulent, the decision, the fraud is on the court, not me," Trump said angrily. "He called me a fraud and didn’t even know anything about me!"

So, things are going about as expected.

Hello bojancan - this thread is news and views about the trials and judicial persecution Trump is undergoing, perhaps this thread would be more appropriate for to you expand on your Avalon member insults with credible evidence for your views.

I would counter that one would have to be TDS-near-mind-controlled themselves to view any of these trials as proper or just.

Rather they appear to many of us to be a naked attempt to prevent him from running and winning the presidency again.

If you have arguments for why these trials are appropriate and just, this thread is a good place for that.

Otherwise, perhaps Dennis could possibly use your support in that thread, assuming it's more clearly and substantively expressed than here, for your anti-Trump viewpoints.

bojancan. I listened to this video, not overly intensely but listened, and for me, the world of big business, big money, millionaires and billionaires is a dirty deceitful game they all play in order to even belong to it. its not my world ,I am not part of it, and not very interested in it.

I have no way to say one way or another what all this means . I do not support Trump, or any candidate for that matter, because of their business practices. I support him because he is the only one I can see or hear that is taking on the deep and corrupt machine we are living under with no way out in sight.
We did have him as president and he does have a track record, and It is one I will certainly take over the one we are presently living.
What are our options? Can anyone find someone electable who, once under this corrupt machines microscope, will not be taken down and destroyed for some reason?

This trail is a three-ring circus, a waste of tax payer money, and hardly worthy of serious commentary, save for its entertainment value.

To that end, judging by his glee and excitement, I was expecting much, much more from Ben Meiselas. I was expecting laughter and amusement and lively mirth commensurate with the happy antics of a typical fun fair. How disappointing to learn Meiselas's fiendish glee and misguided perversion is but an unfortunate symptom of advanced TDS?

For those who may have tuned in for its face value, however, who weren't expecting a glimpse at elephants or entertaining circus performances, and who may not understand how finance works, a statement of financial condition is an estimate (and is disclosed as such). It is the starting point to any negotiation for a loan. So what if he put 4.2 bill net worth? He might have well put 100 billion dollars. Why not 200 billion? It's an estimate--the borrower's estimate, and not only is it subjective, it is disclosed as such. It's the responsibility of the bank to confirm and verify. If they issued the loan, they obviously confirmed and concurred with the borrower's documents.

I'm really having a difficult time understanding how so many people are taking this nonsense seriously--including professionals in the judicial system. The degree of absurdity here is utterly mind boggling.
