As of 8th October 2024 one woman, Janine of the House of Arabella has completed a lawful process by which she is now the Commander of the Crown Corporations that constitute the New Zealand government.

In a Proclamation released on Rumble the new Commander of New Zealand spelled out the implications of this transfer of power. The proclamation can also be read here.

At 5pm on the 19th September Janine obtained immediate Summary Judgement and immediate takeover of all assets of a number of key crown corporations including the Reserve Bank, Inland Revenue, New Zealand Treasury and Health New Zealand. She also seized the private assets of those heading these corporations.

The assets of ASB bank and its CEO Victoria Short were also seized. The bank currently owes Janine NZ$ 15 billion.

The executives these corporations have been receiving instructions from Janine and were given until 7th October to implement them. When they failed to comply and fell into dishonour Janine issued her Proclamation.

The implications of the Proclamation for the men and women of New Zealand are wide ranging and include:

• Income tax cancelled
• GST cancelled
• Student debt cancelled.

I now cancel all personal and income and goods and service taxes that have been placed on the people due to all of these being charged fraudulently and these taxes can no longer be enforced with individual men and women having the right to charge an officer or agent who tries to enforce fraudulent and cancelled taxes upon them with all past taxes owed and student debt cancelled from 19 July 2024. • Property tax (rates) cancelled
• Parking charges and road tax cancelled
• Speeding, parking and property fines only enforceable if harm is proven to have been done.

Notice of Administrative Judgement served against Health New Zealand

Libellant Janine of House of Arabella served on 5 March 2024 Commercial Lien by Force over assets owned by Health New Zealand Corporation for amount that was due for payment of $182,481438.00 with 14 days by 20 March 2024 to pay in full or Libellant had lawful right to add further charges of eighty billion two hundred and seventy nine million dollars ($80,279,000,000.00NZ) for the evidence provided on harm done to other individuals in New Zealand from being co-erced to take the covid vaccine or have employment terminated due to government mandates enforced by officers within Health New Zealand who was previously known as the District Health Boards where this amount required to be paid by 18th April 2024 or provide a defence on High Court Admiralty Statement of Claim with Summary Judgement. What each country really needs is a brave lawyer who knows exactly how our rights were usurped, and taken away from us. And who knows how to restore them, and has been effective in doing just that...

This is America, in which I am referencing below, but I am sure that New Zealand s much the same way, whether people know it or not...

For example, in America, the registering of "Live Births" immediately makes us "Citizens" rather than "The People", as we are now individuals who are being brought into this system as live cargo, or "Live Births".. therefore we are not "People" or a Person", but rather "Citizens"... So long as we claim those births, we are no longer "Natural born People of the nation".. Just as any person crossing this border and claiming their own rights to "citizenship..." then becomes a "Citizen"

They refer to us as "The Population", "The Masses", "The Citizens" of the United States... Not "one of them", as they are not, they are the "Sovereigns" of the United States, "The People".... and as such, there needs to be distinctions...

They wrestled away the "People of the United States" status of ALL Americans at the time of the instituting of it, with the 14th Amendment...

The 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution was passed by Congress on June 13, 1866 and ratified on July 9, 1868:

The 14th Amendment granted "citizenship" to all people "born or naturalized" in the United States, including formerly enslaved people. (We didn't become "Citizens" until we were "Naturalized", or "documented as being alive by a registered doctor or nurse", at which point, the process to document us as a "Citizen" begins) (As such can we sue the doctors for having taking away our unalienable rights by having done so? NO, (see below), as all employees of said Corporation cannot not be held accountable for their actions within such Corporation)

It also extended the Bill of Rights to the states, guaranteeing citizens "equal protection under the laws" and prohibiting states from denying any person "life, liberty, or property, without due process of law".

The 14th Amendment also gave the government the power to reduce a state's representation in Congress if the state abridged citizens' right to vote.

The 14th Amendment is considered one of the three Reconstruction Amendments. It's been applied to many aspects of public life over the past 150 years, including Title IX, which prohibits institutions that receive federal funding from discriminating against students based on sex.


And THIS amendment to the constitution changed us from sovereign "People" to "Natural born citizens" instead... IT WAS A TAKE OVER OF OUR SOVEREIGN STATUS, MAKING US SUBSERVIENT TO OUR GOVERNMENT... And it took it from the hands of the people, and placed them beneath it... No longer were they sovereigns as "People", they were now "Citizens of it's authority... "

From that point on, America was no longer the "Free Country" we wanted to believe that we lived in... That we fought for, that we still, to this day, support..

As far as this woman above is concerned? I am sure her country (New Zealand), also has things in it's past that she must overcome prior to making any suggestions that she has any authority to even do what she is attempting... At this point, this gal has a lot more work to do in establishing she even has any rights at all, much less to take over any power and authority as an individual, and the language that she uses, is very important.

In America, one must be fluid in Natural Law, Constitutional Law, Statutory Law, Administrative and Case (Common) law, in order to even understand the premise by which they were even tricked into becoming captive in a system with which, they have no personal rights that have not been "granted them".. And to effect any outcomes in which they wish to reestablish their own Natural rights...

She cannot just claim to take over agencies because she proclaims to do such things... She has to first prove she has the power of authority in which to do such things... And then begin to go down her list of things she wants to bestow the "People" (Or whatever term they use in her country)... Back to their own sovereignty.

Sadly there will be people who believe "By God, she's done it, we don't have to pay taxes anymore"... And they will stop paying, and pay a heavy price for this woman's mistakes...


Anyone, at any time can proclaim anything. We do it daily... "I'm hot", "I am going shopping"...

But even now, the word "Person", is being defined in legal dictionaries, as "a Citizen of the United States", and the real "People" go by the titles under which they operate... All of which are in a secret circle, many may not even be aware of, where the titles they hold, include them as the few above the many... Magistrate, Officers of, etc...

The "United States" is filed as a Corporation... And that Corporation ONLY includes D.C. and those that operate in any capacity, within this "Corporation"... are protected from any liability of their actions... as a result of the creation of this "Corporation"... and as such THESE are the FREE INDIVIDUALS, or "Sovereigns" in America.

When court documents refer to things as The United States of America, they are not suggesting the same thing as merely writing "United States"... They are saying they are OF America, or a part of, but separate and apart from... It's fairly clever actually...

And I found this interesting when looking up whether or not "The United States of America" is in fact a registered corporation... It is not as such, but it IS in regards to "United States".. A little word salad for those who know how to manipulate it when the situation is appropriate, as everyone believes it all means the same thing... which it does not... And this is why we never see DC officials every going to jail for ANYTHING...

So what we are seeing, is the few, having taken over ultimate control of the country by way of creating their own little corner in which they have immunity, and all authority...

And the STATE representatives, also enjoy such things, as they are "Incorporated"... and really only account to the federal agencies... The Real "People"...

Why do we even hod elections of new "Officers of the Corporation?" because we need to give the illusion that we are still a part of that corporation, but we absolutely are NOT... The corporation elects their own leaders by their own shareholders, and we aren't listed as agents of that corporation... Period. We do not receive benefits extended to us as shareholders, only the debt...

Although they do waste a lot of resources trying to convince us we do... So we don't realize the truth to our own enslavement. Let us bicker over the details we think we know... While they continue on, "Business as usual".

The US is a corporation, which only protects those officers within it, with sovereign rights... and no accountability for those operating within it, regarding any actions taken against the corporation... Or their own ... THEY own the military, THEY have their own police forces, and they own all of our local forces as well..

In Closing, IF this woman is dealing with the same situation Americans are? Then she surely cannot take over a Corporation merely by claiming she desires to... That would be like an American walking over to Elon Musk, and claiming they are taking all of his companies merely because they're in debt. And that each and every one of his business managers are now fired...


And while this is off topic, it shows just how much is involved when tackling the government, because in doing so, they are also then tackling each and every household in their nation...

As they all run the same... For example in America?

The truth to our economy is WE hold the property that secures the debt of the Corporation of America, and as such, this is why we are forced annually to register everything we own, have it evaluated, IE inspections, etc... (At our own expense)... Home inspections, vehicles, even our own health, as WE are borrowed against... and this is why we are able to take out personal life insurance contracts as well!!!

Yes, we are being forced to insure everything we own, so that if something happens to it, the government doesn't have to take it at a "loss" on their balance sheet, did you really think they cared about people being able to recover a loss?..

And for our efforts, we get a little piece of paper suggesting that as a citizen of this corporation, we are holding a document insuring them we hold the collateral of it's debts, not them... By way of deeds and titles, and registration documents... All of which bear the seal of the state or government itself... It is legal tender to some degree... It is a claim to real property of value... ALL of which can be taken from us at any time, should someone "call their debt" with America...

And they will eventually begin to force people to register electric bikes and such, because they will use those as collateral as well... ANYTHING of potential value... Including human life. And while right now WE may see a recovery if there is damage? Really it is because the government wants to be able to keep the balance whole, so they allow for those holding said documents to continue to maintain their value in the whole...

People have no clue as to the truth of their own liability, for the actions of the few at the top who are multi millionaires and billionaires... If they did they would immediately STOP borrowing from banks, and spend their energies forcing those in the true power positions of the country to get the budget in check... And DEMAND that what we worked hard for our entire lives, be stricken as the assetts of the nation as a whole...

How do those in government positions get so rich when in office, when we know their actual wages? Well, Those in positions of power are being paid dividends based upon the increases in value of the assetts the company holds... yours and mine.

The growing "debt" to them, is an acknowledgement of the wealth of the nation... If we can go that far into debt, we must have that much collateral available... Thing about how rapidly the debt is growing right now, as we the citizens are paying outrageous dues for everything, including food? Why does it not seem to bother these individuals? Well, they're getting bonuses based off of it... They have mandated it law that we insure our own property, so they never have to worry about losses there...

WE keep our balances in the positive, "Or else", yet they are driving us into so much debt it is unbelievable. The more we buy, the more they count as an assett, and if we are stupid enough to go into lifelong debt for their balance sheets, so be it... They will promote that.

And people believe that THEY are held accountable to that.. They're NOT, (See above, they're not accountable to actions taken while in their role as a corporation employee)... we are... And this is why they are raising home loans, and raising the values of property everywhere... To elevate the value of the collateral for the debt they're creating... At our expense.

And this is why insurance companies are trying in earnest to suggest people insure anything of value that they may own... They do so, because once they insure it, they are doing business with you, suggesting the jewelry is now something of which could become a loss for the insurance company, and as such, the gain for the insurance company, is YOU holding that property as an assett, that they then report to the government as a potential loss... ALL of which is then reported to the government as "collateral..."

They will eventually cause a crash, as they will have to offset their greed, by way of someone taking major losses, and it won't be them, it will be the "Citizens" who suffer those losses... They are borrowing against us, and giving that money to other nations... furthering the debt that we need to carry... People need to stand up and say NO MORE...

Just not like this lady has above... The few paragraphs that describe what she is doing, miss so much, and for those reasons she will ultimately fail and become a joke, used as a future tool, to show anyone else that "trying such a thing, will be futile."

Yes! Laws mean nothing, are only pitiful paper,
UNLESS you have the violence to enforce them.

The Finnish Constitution has been violated by our government since early 1990's.
Violators have the power of heavy aggression, threats, killing.
