Russia gave OPCW over 30 reports proving Ukraine used banned substances, official says

Kirill Lysogorsky noted that "the Kiev regime continues to systematically use toxic chemicals and chemical riot control agents"

THE HAGUE, November 25. /TASS/. Russia provided the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons with at least 30 diplomatic notes that prove Ukraine's use of banned chemicals, the country’s Deputy Industry and Trade Minister Kirill Lysogorsky said.

"The Kiev regime continues to systematically use toxic chemicals and chemical riot control agents against the Russian Armed Forces, civilians and the leadership of Russian regions in the zone of the special military operation," he said at the 29th Conference of the States Parties of the OPCW. "Relevant proof, which was based on sample analyses, has been provided to the OPCW Technical Secretariat for distribution to States Parties to the Chemical Weapons Convention, as well as to the UN Security Council and the UN General Assembly."

"More than 30 such notes have already been handed over," the official went on to say. "Recently, literally in October and November, two notes were handed over to provide proof of the use of banned chemicals by the Ukrainian armed forces."

Lysogorsky asked the technical secretariat and OPCW member states to treat this information as responsibly as possible.

"The perpetrators of these crimes must be subjected to just punishment," he said.

Russia’s launch of new missile illustrated assured retaliation capability, lawmaker says

MOSCOW, November 25. /TASS/. Moscow’s launch of its latest intermediate-range missile, the Oreshnik, put on display the assured retaliation that will follow any aggression against Russia and its allies, State Duma Defense Committee Chairman Andrey Kartapolov said.

"Our revamped nuclear doctrine, in its second chapter, clearly states that the main goal of nuclear deterrence is for adversaries to realize the inevitability of consequences for making any decisions to start aggression against the Russian Federation and/or its allies, the inevitability of retaliation. Oreshnik now has shown the inevitability of such retaliation," he said on Rossiya-1 television.

Kartapolov also said the enemy currently has no defenses against the Oreshnik.

"There is nothing that will stop this missile," he stated.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on November 21 that Russia fired its newest Oreshnik intermediate-range ballistic missile with a non-nuclear warhead at a Ukrainian defense industry facility in the city of Dnepr. According to the president, it was a response to strikes into Russian territory with UK and UK weapons. The Russian leader said the West could bring upon itself heavy consequences, should its inflammatory policies prompt further escalation of the conflict.

🇺🇦🇷🇺 Three Ukrainian servicemen who wanted to surrender were guided to a safe place with the help of a radio dropped from Russian drone.

After leaflets were dropped on their position near Kurakhovo, three Ukrainian soldiers from the 33rd brigade, who had lost contact with their unit, decided to lay down their arms.

Russian soldiers dropped them a radio station and guided them so they could safely surrender.

The Russians would know, and would never allow that to happen. Putin has already stated that in such an event the Russians would act immediately.*

All you get is a nuclear warhead in small destroyed pieces which can't possibly function. To make a nuclear device explode, a very complex and ultra-precise detonation mechanism has to be activated, and that's the only thing that will do it.

That's true. They are fairly difficult to trigger. Unfortunately, it would still give you the consequences of a "dirty bomb", and, depending on the level of radioactivity, it could be anything from immediate burns to mutated children.

A counter-point is that one of the most hazardous substances is, or was, rocket exhaust. It has a way of concentrating itself into human breast milk. This has already been measured a long time ago, when things were mostly running on liquid fuel. A lot of the newer missiles use solid fuel, which I'm not familiar with, but, I can't imagine the by-products are particularly good for you. With one or the other, Ukraine must be blanketed by a rather unscrupulous film at this point.

I've NOT begun to watch it yet, but it features Pepe Escobar, who I appreciate and value immensely and who may be the English-speaking corespondent who understands Kremlin thinking and attitudes better than anyone else, even Gilbert Doctorow or John Helmer.

I fully understand that many right now are anxious about potential dangerous NATO-driven escalation, and while "France and the UK have lost their minds" (in the words of Alexander Mercouris!), Russia's responses to current events are those which will determine whether there is an expended kinetic war or not.

As I've shared as best I can in this members-only thread, I do not believe that the current situation will go nuclear. I feel certain of that. But nonetheless, everything that's happening right now is important and can have many repercussions to us all in numerous ways, so keeping abreast of these daily developments is valuable to us all.

I do hope you're right! I do somewhat agree with your insight on this matter.

Personally I think if there's any kind of nuclear blast any time soon that it will be caused by the deep state and these stupid psychopathic globalists concocting some type of false flag event to blame Russia in attempts to rally the world against Russia. I think this would backfire though as many would see through it.

US, UK, France, and soon Germany and possibly Poland are now openly striking in to the Russian homeland. This is really insane and is pushing the danger level past it's boiling point.

Upon examining the areas attacked in the Kursk Region, it was confirmed that Ukrainian militants fired American-made ATACMS missiles.

Russia's Defense Ministry announced that it is preparing retaliatory actions against Ukraine for attacking with ATACMS missiles in the Kursk Region.

Over the past three days, Ukrainian forces carried out two strikes with long-range Western weapons on targets in Russia's Kursk Region, the Defense Ministry said.

On November 23, the Ukrainian military launched five ATACMS missiles near the village of Lotarevka at the position of the S-400 anti–aircraft missile division. Three missiles were destroyed, and two reached the target.

On November 25, Ukrainian troops struck the Vostochny airfield in Russia's Kursk Region using ATACMS missiles. Seven were shot down, but one reached its target. As a result, two soldiers were slightly injured from falling rocket fragments.

Earlier on Monday, White House National Security Communications Advisor John Kirby, after a long denial, confirmed that Ukraine is allowed to use US-made ATACMS ballistic missiles to fire at targets in the western Russian region of Kursk.
