Here is an ounce of pessimism about unintended consequences from the apparent non-starter:

Representative of the Kurdish-led self-proclaimed autonomous administration in the north of Syria to the Iraqi Kurdistan region Fathullah Husseini says that Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS)regime of Abu Mohammad al-Jolani will fall.

Speaking in an interview with Mehr news agency, he said that conflict between the Turkish army and the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) forces continues every day at the Tishrin Dam and on the Qara Kozak Bridge, with Turkey targeting civilians and SDF forces with drones.

Turkey is trying to reduce the map of Kurdish-populated areas in Syria and the areas under their control so that the Kurds do not have a strong position in negotiations with Jolani regime and their bargaining power is reduced, Husseini emphasized.

The revenge operations against Arabs and various religious movements and parties in and around Damascus have become a stain and the regime of Jolani, which has a radical background and seems unable to adapt and accept the political and civil demands of civilians in those areas.

The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) are not going to lay down their weapons, as they are a defensive force in their geography, not an offensive force, he added.

The previous statement is not mere opinion:

The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have formally rejected the proposals put forth by the new Syrian government regarding negotiations and dispute resolution.

The government’s proposals included several key points aimed at fostering cooperation, such as recognizing the cultural rights of the Kurdish population, incorporating these rights into the forthcoming constitution, facilitating the integration of SDF personnel into national military and security institutions, and establishing a decentralized administrative framework to govern Syria’s provinces.

In response, the SDF reiterated their own conditions for negotiation, which consist of the integration of their forces into the new Syrian army as an independent unit, the retention of military positions in the regions they currently control, and the allocation of a share of revenue from oil fields.

The SDF cited the potential threat of a large-scale military operation by the Turkish army and affiliated militants in northern Syria as a significant factor in their decision. Additionally, uncertainty regarding the future of the Turkish-backed Syrian National Army (SNA) has further influenced their insistence on these conditions.

The new Syrian government, led by former rebels who toppled President Bashar al-Assad, has been trying to integrate various anti-Assad factions into a unified command structure. However, integrating the SDF has proven challenging due to their semi-autonomous status and the differing views of regional players like the US and Turkey.

Meanwhile clashes kill more than twenty, including civilians and children near Aleppo.

There is some thought a heavy U. S. transfer might reduce the bargaining power of the SDF and force it to capitulate to HTS; obviously there is not much cooperation right now.

For what (little) it is worth; it strikes me that this photograph is faked - Trump's head does not look right compared to the rest of the body and maybe the black shoulders of the body is pasted in front of the faces in the background. Whatever the exact reason, I had an immediate sense of falseness about the picture. If so, presumably the intent of the fake was to emphasize the closeness of the relationship between DT and BN - which is probably real enough.

(As I predict will become evident within the next month, if I am correct about an upcoming false flag/ green flag, leading (or intended to lead) to the US joining Israel in a full war against Iran. This is why I think DT was allowed to win the election - everything that has happened since DT was sworn in is merely designed to ensure that the war is supported by the Republican grassroots who sustain the US military.)
