    Let's hope both sides do NOT use Nuclear Weapons! Maybe UFOs/UAPs intervene?

    India-Pakistan live: India strikes Pakistan, Pakistan-administered Kashmir

    Indian military strikes Pakistan, Pakistan-administered Kashmir

    By Ali Harb and Farah Najjar
    • India and Pakistan exchange fire across the line of control between Indian- and Pakistan-administered Kashmir after India launched Operation Sindoor.
    • Pakistan says India’s missile attacks on Punjab province and Pakistan-administered Kashmir killed at least 31 people and wounded dozens. India says at least 13 have been killed and more wounded in Indian-administered Kashmir due to Pakistani fire.
    • Pakistan says it shot down five Indian fighter jets – India is yet to respond.
    • India says its attacks hit “terror” training sites; Pakistan says mosques and civilians were struck, calling it an “act of war” and promising a robust response.
    • Tensions have been escalating between the two nuclear-armed countries since a deadly attack in Indian-administered Kashmir’s Pahalgam on April 22, which India blamed on Pakistan. Pakistan has denied any involvement.

    Please dont use Water as a way of attacking your neighbor.

    I was in Pahalgam back in 84, a very beautiful part of the world, please stay that way.

    I dont think India or Pakistan can solve their issues with each other alone, they need someone to step in and mediate between the two, they need to come up with a reasonable solution regarding the Himalayas and Water.

    I think the reason behind the tourist attacks in Pahalgam was a deliberate way of igniting and escalating the conflict between the two nations, attacks orchestrated by a foreign Government, and i think Indias and Pakistans leaders prolly already know that a foreign power were responsible for the attack on tourists in Pahalgam, but both nations are ruled by foreign powers, and could end up a Proxy War on steroids, and if these current attacks on each other escalate into a fully fledged war, nuclear or not, it could open the gates for copy cat proxy wars between other countries that are already at each others throat, its easier to start a war when another war is already in progress.

    If India and Pakistan reach the point of no return, what other nations will side with either India or Pakistan, creating another World War, where the Rules of engagement are flushed down the dunny.

    I dont like the current world we live in, its like every conspiracy theory imaginable is rattling the cage, its like it All will come together at once in a massive world changing event, i dont even think Prepping ones self and family will do anything, there will be no goin back and prepping will be just a short life line before the inevitable collapse of humanity.

    I hope im wrong, not for me but for my two young sons and for the young all ova the globe, let them be free. ................................................RRR

    This comes a day after:

    Quote Seven Pakistan army soldiers were killed on Tuesday when their vehicle was targeted by an improvised explosive device in the troubled southwestern province of Balochistan, Pakistan's military said in a statement.

    The attack occurred around midday in a mountainous area known for its coal mines, a region frequently targeted by separatist groups led by the BLA, according to Reuters news agency.

    It's the same sort of artificial divide in former British territory similar to the Middle East, except it is way bigger and much more dangerous.

    Couple of months ago, BLA attacked an entire train with 400+ people on board. The somewhat artificial Pakistan has plenty of trouble with its own separatists, while contending with parts of Kashmir, which were perhaps hastily tucked in India by the map-makers.

    Most of us will get this horrendous real-or-fake scenario about who's the terrorist and who's the civilian. As an outsider, I take it as none of my business where the loyalties of Balochistan or Kashmir lie, or what is worth fighting for. It's incomprehensible. This time it's not my country going around interfering, which is easy to oppose in 90% if not all cases.

    China has a strategic interest in Pakistan, it is a vital link for them to increase trade in west Asia.

    India perhaps has marginally better relations with Russia.

    Although it has an elected government, that doesn't necessarily mean they carry the best policies.

    This, in effect, is pretty close to the behavior of Turkey, routinely attacking Kurdish separatists in other countries.

    My impression is that relations between India and Pakistan were relatively okay; and that this current conflict has been engineered and triggered by intervention from outside agents - probably the Usual Suspects; i.e. those who recently engineered/ sustained/ escalated wars in the Ukraine and the Middle East.

    That's what I think as well.....

    Re. global population reduction - which I think we have to accept is a real, on going agenda and not 'just' a conspiracy theory ..... I was wondering what 'they' were going to do with huge populations like India and China.... only thinning us out, in Europe ...is hardly going to make a dent in the overall numbers - and wide spread death by geo~engineering is a longer process.... so.....??

    I, personally, don't think an India/Pakistan conflict will go nuclear - but advanced non nuclear weapons can kill A LOT of people.... and the aftermath would kill a lot more.....

    not a happy subject .... just commenting....

    India being emboldened by Zionist support thinks It's a top player in the big-boy club, but is merely a pawn to counteract China. Just like the creation of Pakistan in 1947 was another move in the great game between the west and Russia.

    I hope sense will prevail. The world can do without another full-blown war.

    Is there a reason to assume that oppressed populations do not act out of their own free will?

    For example, in Ukraine, you can find trails of MI6 money bags invested in random acts of violence. Has anything been found that would place something like this as the main reason for the Pahalgam shootings?

    And, despite any reduction of governmental tension, most Hindus and Muslims are fanatics who will eagerly slaughter each other in droves.

    Modern India is the outcome of having been taken over by the Mughals, who, eventually facing insurrection and decay, had gotten the region into a rather dilapidated state that was then used by the British Empire for the ongoing Rape of India, leading to one of their own slaughters at, I forget the name of the place, but it was the first statistical analysis of expending something like 2,200 machine gun rounds into a crowd of civilians.

    The resulting ouster of British power was done by a fulmination of various nationalistic ideas, none of which were particularly solid. Some copied Fascism; others such as the currently-dominant BJP being too avid about "Hinduism". They could not even come up with a national symbol. India having national symbols is just an 11th-hour grab at some "cool old stuff" like an elementary school art class; Indians don't know or understand what that stuff is.

    Both of these are not real countries in the sense of any kind of intentional connection and bonding; rather, they are band-aids given by the modern notion of having a Constitution and a legal boundary recognizable by the U. N., like a "charted territory".

    Obviously, the main boundary line was never intended as any kind of real solution to the substantial difficulty of perpetual conflict which comes from different ideas.

    Right now I'd say that more than half, a significant majority, two-thirds probably, of Indians are ultra-nationalistic enough to press forward with Greater India that makes Greater Israel look like a joke. That is to say, they absolutely do not care about what close neighbor China may think about it.

    Some of them think Ireland is part of India.

    President Putin understands this very well. Consequently, in the long run, I would expect Russia to yield the most balanced and fair way of dealing with "multiple ethnicities".

    Recently, Iran has also attacked "separatists" over the line in Pakistan. It perhaps is a much worse "training ground" than Afghanistan ever could have been. Given the state of its government, I'm not sure it has a viable existence or realistic future. As to how directly it may support any "foreign separatists" or funnel CIA funds to them, I don't know; just saying it has huge internal crises, whereas India has little problem putting out her relatively small forest fires, mostly for the benefit of a nationalistic majority.

    India has thousands of S-400 rounds which appear effective:

    Quote The officials said that Pakistan attempted to strike multiple military targets across northern and western India using drones and missiles.

    The targets included bases in the cities Awantipora, Srinagar, Jammu, Pathankot, Amritsar, Ludhiana, and Bhuj, according to the officials, who added that the projectiles were all intercepted and neutralised by S-400 systems, locally dubbed “Sudarshan Chakra.”

    This does not reflect what we would usually describe as calm or restraint:

    Over the night, Indian army attacked several areas in Pakistan including Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur, Attock, Ghotki, Gujranwala, Chakwal with at least 25 Israeli Harop drones;
    Four Pakistani servicemen were wounded by Indian drone attack in Lahore;
    A civilian reportedly was killed by Indian drone attack in Ghotki;
    Pakistani army shot down at least four Indian Airforce fighter jets in northern India;
    Over the night of May 7th, Indian army attacked several areas in Azad Kashmir and Pakistan. 26 civilians reportedly were killed and 46 others were wounded;

    Surprise:

    Quote The BLA's recent operations have led them to claim control over key areas, including Quetta.

    In a significant escalation of violence, the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has launched a series of coordinated attacks across Balochistan, targeting Pakistani military installations and infrastructure. These attacks, occurring amid ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan, have resulted in multiple casualties and heightened security concerns in the region.

    The most notable incident took place on the night of May 8, 2025, when the BLA targeted several Pakistani army posts in Balochistan. Intense clashes erupted between BLA militants and Pakistani forces, marking a dramatic increase in hostilities. The BLA's spokesperson, Jeeyand Baloch, confirmed the assaults, stating that their fighters were actively engaging the occupying forces.

    On May 7, a gas pipeline was blown up in the Tobo area of Dera Bugti district, with the Baloch Republican Guards (BRG) claiming responsibility. The explosion destroyed the main valve of a gas well operated by the Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL). BRG spokesperson Dostain Baloch vowed to continue such attacks “until the liberation of Balochistan is achieved.”

    Also on May 7, a telecommunications tower belonging to Ufone was attacked in the Haji Shar area of Kachhi, damaging critical communication equipment. The BLA claimed responsibility for this attack, asserting that the infrastructure supports military logistics and surveillance.

    In Kech district, the BLA reported four separate attacks on May 7, including a remote-controlled improvised explosive device (IED) strike on a Pakistani bomb disposal squad in Dashtok, which resulted in one soldier's death. Later, they destroyed a military supply truck en route to a Pakistani army camp in Sahdem with another IED. On May 8, the BLA launched armed assaults on two military checkpoints, resulting in at least two personnel killed and three injured.

    Jeeyand Baloch warned local civilians against collaborating with the military, stating, “The BLA has previously issued clear warnings urging locals to refrain from assisting the occupying military in any form… or else they will be held responsible for the consequences to their lives and property.” This statement underscores the BLA's strategy of deterring local support for Pakistani forces.

    In a separate incident, BLA fighters attacked two trucks carrying chromite in the Choto area of Mastung on May 8, damaging the vehicles. The BLA justified this attack as part of its campaign against the “economic exploitation” of Baloch resources, claiming that these vehicles were involved in the looting of national wealth that benefits neither the Baloch people nor their communities.

    On the same day, the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) claimed responsibility for a sniper attack on a Pakistani military outpost in the Kolwah region, resulting in the death of one soldier. BLF spokesperson Major Gwahram Baloch stated that video footage of the attack would be released via their media channel, Aashob, emphasizing their commitment to continue targeting Pakistani military forces until they withdraw from Balochistan.

    In response to the escalating violence, Pakistani security forces have launched a large-scale military operation in Bolan district, with troop movements reported in Saangan, Jalari, and surrounding areas. This operation comes after an IED attack earlier in the week, also claimed by the BLA, which reportedly destroyed a military vehicle and killed all 12 personnel on board, including Commander Tariq Imran and Subedar Umar Farooq.

    The Balochistan Liberation Army has positioned itself as a significant player in the ongoing struggle for Baloch independence, citing political marginalization, human rights abuses, and the exploitation of natural resources as core grievances. The group's recent attacks reflect a broader sentiment among Baloch nationalists who view the Pakistani military's presence as an act of occupation rather than a means of national defense.

    So we see there is a nationalistic movement to get rid of the Pak government.

    The issue of Kashmir has been forced instead by those who want it to fuse with and empower that Pak government.

    This would be the main target that India is attempting to attack.

    Lashkar e taiba is the creation of Osama bin Laden:

    Quote Once Kashmir is liberated, LeT seeks to use it "as a base of operations to conquer India and force Muslim rule to the Indian subcontinent."

    In its publications and on various platforms, the organization has consistently articulated its primary political goals, which include the destruction of India, Hinduism, and Judaism. The organization considers jihad a religious duty for all Muslims, with the establishment of a caliphate as its central religious and political objective.

    In a pamphlet entitled "Why Are We Waging Jihad?", the group states that all of India along with many other countries were once ruled by Muslims and were Muslim lands, which is their duty to take it back from the non-Muslims. It declared United States, India, and Israel as "existential enemies of Islam".

    Ok, whatever. I don't accept that personally. I don't believe it speaks for the real Islam as understood by some. It's the same Salafist ideology as in Syria HTS and other Al Qaeda branches.

    Naturally, you'd expect "cells" to start popping up in Jammu and Kashmir; but I wonder how many Kashmiris would really believe their heritage belongs to a country that did not exist before 1947.

    On the ground, there is a big difference between a critical mass of Balochis building to accomplish a revolution, versus trying to infiltrate and attack India and win loyalty by spreading fear.

    Hey RRRob. Dunno if you want to hear this, but I think I’d be shirking if I didn’t say something back to that.

    You know full well how life can go wrong, at your age. A lot of that is from personal experience, and a lot is from seeing others screw up, on the scale from individuals to nations.

    You strike me as a grounded guy, someone who maintains peace in your daily life. Your talk here of dire apprehension about suspicions about geopolitical stuff, is incongruent, and frankly unsettling. Is it that you’ve got the smaller things sorted, but you get flustered when it’s big enough to be out of your control? Or is it that your personal-scale/local life is getting more challenging, like the spectre of drunk or drug kids that reared its ugly head there in recent years, or any other thing?

    Please don’t take that as criticism, I just mean it as analysis, and I mean you well.

    Take it or leave it, from another oldtimer, protect your inner peace. I think it’s the part or vibration of our thought that is closest to God.

    Peace. It’s a deep deep word, like love.

    To me it means cultivating an attitude of being for, as opposed to against, anything.

    The apparition of Big anythings, be they the minions or the most evil, shouldn’t distract us from our daily life. I think that that cost is unwarranted, fear sucks.

    Forget which coast you’re on, hope your winter is getting along nicely. Cheers.
