I'm wondering if we'll ever know exactly what the US just did?????? I imagine it was a huge strike.

1) If true, we will have to wait for the result.
The Fordow facility is extremely deep, there is a good chance the bombing was not successful.
Will be very curious to see if the GBU-57s made it through ~90 meters of granite + UHP concrete.

2) NOTE: Destroying Fordow with one sortie is impossible, even per U.S. assessments.
So unless the U.S. somehow flew multiple sorties without being noticed, or used a large amount of B-2s and dropped dozens of GBU-57s, Fordow is likely intact.
This could just be a very big media show with no result.

3) NEW: 'Three nuclear sites, including Fordow, had been evacuated some time ago and our enriched uranium stockpile was moved away from these locations, there is no risk of radiation leakage' – IRIB

4) Fordow, Natanz and Esfahan are declared sites.
It is very naive to assume Iran has no undeclared nuclear sites.

Iranian officials confirmed that air defenses were activated in Isfahan, Kashan, and Qom to respond to hostile targets. Explosions were heard near the nuclear sites in Isfahan, Natanz, and Fordow. According to local authorities, parts of the Fordow facility area were hit in an aerial attack.

Earlier, Donald Trump announced that the U.S. had struck all three sites.

The Deputy Political Director of the Islamic Republic of #Iran Broadcasting stated that three nuclear sites were evacuated a while ago.

Similarly, the spokesman for the Crisis Management Center in #Qom Province said that there are no materials left in Fordow as it was evacuated.

The statements come after the US President announced striking #Iranian nuclear facilities in Natanz, Isfahan, and #Fordow.

Republican Representative Thomas Massie was quick to criticize Trump's decision to strike #Iran's nuclear facilities, saying it was not constitutional.

Similar statements were echoed by Massie's colleague Ro Khanna who said that #Trump struck Iran without #Congress authorization.

Khanna also urged a return to #Washington to vote on a bill proposed by the two Representatives to stop the #American involvement in the war.

IRIB channel 3 announced that the entrance and exit gates of the Fordow nuclear site were damaged during the US attacks.



Whatever.

The president should be impeached on prior grounds. There's no real reaction to his locker room antics:

The American just bragged he committed war crimes. Whether it was a scratch or total devastation, it's a criminal act. Belongs in Nuremberg like the others.

It's unlikely to go over very well with the adults.
