Following the release of dramatic footage and mounting public pressure to explain the incident, the Israeli occupation military has officially confirmed that a precision missile launched by Hezbollah on Monday struck and caused heavy damage to the Ella Valley (Emek HaEla) satellite station.

According to Israeli military investigation, several rockets were intercepted during the barrage. However, two projectiles, including the missile that struck the station, penetrated Israeli defenses despite interception attempts.

Heavy damage was caused to the site, which includes a 24/7 monitoring center that supports global broadcasts.

The Ella Valley station is the first Israeli facility of its kind and functions as a central junction for international broadcast networks, linking ground centers in London and the United States.

And, yes, lex talionis, when Iran reprises against western banks, those of course would be in Abu Dhabi and so on. They asked for it.

So far, the Gulf countries are still doing much better with interceptions than Israel; there are probably few Israeli casualties because most of them live in shelters. It is of course a lot easier to film missile rain than to get close enough to show the results. I have only noted about two waves on their air bases. Mostly headquarters and communications. If I was there, I don't think I would be saying this is going well, or, that Likud is a good idea. I'm not, so I just spit at it. Here, I am glad I am not seeing flag parades or any other form of encouragement. In fact what I noticed is, on my daily drive I usually pass about ten houses that sport American flags, and one of their neighbors hoisted the flag of Italy.
