This is an impressive 37-second video showing Iranian Shahed drones being launched.

They cost $20,000 each, the Iranians have 80,000 of them (maybe more!), and each one is capable of wrecking a billion-dollar US military investment.

Bibi seems to have a lot of friends. And absolutely no one wants to stop him. I think it tells us what world we're living in. And I don't like Putin either. Or our present government who seem to be supporting all of this happening right now.

Experts Warn a U.S. Invasion of Iran Would Be a ‘Bloodbath’

“If the United States puts ground troops into Iran, it will be an utter bloodbath”: Jeremy Scahill, co-founder of Drop Site News.

There are many conflicting claims about the US-Israeli war on Iran — from whether the campaign has succeeded to how much of Iran’s military capabilities have actually been weakened. In Zeteo’s biggest Town Hall of the year, Mehdi Hasan brings together three leading voices to help unpack what’s really happening.

Journalist Jeremy Scahill, professor and former US State Department advisor Vali Nasr, and journalist and foreign policy analyst Rula Jebreal join Mehdi to discuss Iran’s military strategy, the possibility of a US ground invasion, media coverage of the conflict, and the risk of nuclear escalation.

The panel also answers audience questions and examines how the war could end and what the long-term consequences of the past two weeks of conflict might be.

    US Senator Chris Murphy:
I was in a 2 hour briefing today on the Iran War. ...

I obviously can't disclose classified info, but ...

    Here's what I can share:
So ... Senator Murphy ... are you sharing your honest take on that 2 hour briefing, or from guidance received elsewhere as to the "narrative of the day" ?
Here (apparently) is more from Senator Murphy, which I assume he wrote or posted somewhere (maybe on Twitter/X).

Whether he's right or wrong, parroting the 'narrative of the day' or not, it's hard to deny that there are quite a few who are agreeing with him.

    US Senator Chris Murphy:
It’s crystal clear now that Trump has lost control of this war. He badly misjudged Iran’s ability to retaliate. The region is on fire.

I’m going to explain to you what I’ve learned - in part from closed door briefings - about the four biggest current crises.

CRISIS ONE: Trump believed Iran would not close the Strait of Hormuz. He was wrong. And now oil prices are spiking.

If the Strait stays closed, a global recession will result. It actually may already be too late. Gas prices are the first to spike, but food prices are next.

Right now, Trump has no plan to reopen the Strait. And a plan may not exist.

The assets Iran uses to harass and attack tankers - thousands of small drones, speed boats and mines - cannot be eliminated. They are too numerous, too spread out and hidden.

What about naval escorts for tankers? This is a possibility, but it’s harder than you think.

First, it would require our entire navy. 100 tankers need escorting each day.

Second, if we can’t destroy the mines and drones, our ships are at risk too.

CRISIS TWO: We can destroy Iran’s missiles but not all their drones, and war today is drone war.

Iran can hit oil sites in the region indefinitely because they posses so many cheap, weaponized drones.

And they are. They blew up a critical Oman oil depot two days ago.

If Trump paid any attention to the Ukraine War he would have noticed how warfare has changed. But he didn’t. And he blundered.

Worse, the Gulf states are running out of interceptors to stop Iranian missiles and drones - meaning that soon more oil sites will be vulnerable.

CRISIS THREE: A broader, regional war is breaking out as Iranian proxies in Lebanon hit Israel and those in Iraq target the U.S.. Israel is now threatening a massive ground invasion of Lebanon, which could become its own new crisis.

Other potential flash points lurk. So far, the Houthis in Yemen have been relatively quiet. Probably not for long. They can project power into the Red Sea.

For Syria, this is the worst time for Trump to strike Iran. Syria could explode again.

CRISIS FOUR: Trump has no endgame. Iran and its proxies can create chaos indefinitely.

So what’s next? A ground invasion? This would be Armageddon. Thousands of dead Americans.

Declare false victory? Then the new Iranian hardliners in charge just rebuild what we destroyed.

All of this was totally foreseeable. Frankly, it’s why previous presidents weren’t so stupid to start a war like this.

Trump has lost control of the war. His best course now is to cut his losses and end it. That’s the only way to prevent an even bigger disaster.

I’m going to explain to you what I’ve learned - in part from closed door briefings - about the four biggest current crises.

That can be sharpened by saying it's not war, because the Senator himself is the one who makes that decision -- and, there was no control to be lost.

Moreover, I do not think you can neglect the "crisis" of abuse of power as per the intent of the Constitution and the United Nations Charter. This is really serious.

He explained it fairly well the other day, as a running problem in this two-party system, which leads to Executive excess generally; this one being of unacceptable magnitude.

Also, we don't have an alliance with Israel.

The damn thing is purely voluntary, and the sanest course of action is to get out completely. Pretty sure they'll let you do that. If you stop shooting and reverse your direction, you could do that.

🇮🇱🇺🇸⚔️🇮🇷 Israel has informed the United States this week (as of mid-March 2026) that it is critically low on ballistic missile interceptors, specifically systems like the Arrow family, which defend against long-range ballistic missiles from Iran.

US officials confirmed to Semafor that they've known about this vulnerability for months and expected it due to the high volume of Iranian attacks. One official quoted: “It’s something we expected and anticipated.”

The US says its own interceptor supplies (e.g., for THAAD, Patriot systems protecting American bases/personnel in the region) are sufficient for now:

“We have all that we need to protect our bases and our personnel.”

It's unclear if the US will transfer or sell interceptors to Israel, as that could strain American stockpiles, production of these advanced systems is limited and slow to ramp up.

It then caught fire, in what the FBI called a “targeted act of violence against the Jewish community.” The FBI said the agency is continuing to investigate the attack."

How many red flags can a paragraph contain? DHS, FBI, vehicle with explosives, Temple Israel, targeted act of violence against the Jewish community. Add in the title of the article: Michigan synagogue assailant had connections to Hezbollah members in Lebanon, sources say and that it was written by CNN Investigates and how can we possibly not take this as a stock-standard Israeli false flag perpetrated to generate sympathy in the western world by painting themselves as the victims yet again? Did I mention he committed suicide after ramming into the synagogue by shooting himself...

Given that places tend to over-estimate their attempts, "a strike is a hit" and so on, the opposite side of that coin is if they deny something, they did not do it, such as use of "Iranian copy" drones:

Quote Supporting evidence includes the March 3 statement by the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence confirming that a Shahed-type drone that struck the Royal Air Force Akrotiri base in Cyprus did not originate from Iran.

Similarly, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has previously accused Israel of launching drone attacks in Azerbaijan that were wrongly attributed to Tehran, describing such incidents as deliberate attempts to damage Iran’s relations with its neighbors.

Iran’s ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Alireza Enayati, has also categorically denied any Iranian involvement in an alleged attack on the US embassy in Riyadh.

The latest such attack, which came on Saturday, targeted the Lanaz refinery in Iraqi Kurdistan region.

I think it fits the pattern that Iran also denied certain drone attacks in the Indian ocean in the past couple of years.

I couldn't ever figure out a militia behind it, so, it made more sense it was the US/Israel, which by now probably explains numerous attacks on non-military stuff. A good bit of it is perhaps Zio-terrorism.

US-Israel war on Iran : Is diplomacy still possible?

As the conflict between the United States, Israel, and Iran continues to escalate, world leaders are increasingly searching for a diplomatic solution to prevent a wider regional war.

Turkey’s foreign minister says he has been in regular contact with Iranian officials and Gulf nations, suggesting that back-channel diplomacy may still be possible despite rising tensions. However, uncertainty remains about the true objectives of the conflict and whether any side is ready to step back from escalation.

Analysts warn that the lack of clear military goals from the United States and its allies could make it difficult to negotiate an end to the fighting. Statements from US leadership have varied widely, with different explanations offered for the conflict—from Iran’s missile capabilities to regional security concerns.

Meanwhile, the situation on the ground continues to deteriorate. Military operations across Iran and Lebanon have intensified, and the humanitarian impact of the conflict is growing. Airstrikes and retaliatory attacks have already caused hundreds of casualties and widespread destruction.

Another major concern is the growing international dimension of the war. The United States has reportedly asked allies to send naval forces to protect shipping routes near the Strait of Hormuz, a critical energy corridor through which a large portion of the world’s oil supply passes.

At the same time, regional actors fear that further escalation could destabilize the entire Middle East. Diplomatic pressure is mounting from Gulf nations and global powers urging a return to negotiations before the crisis spirals into a larger global confrontation.

Experts say that without a clear exit strategy from the conflict, the risk of prolonged warfare and wider international involvement will continue to increase.

In this video we examine the latest diplomatic developments, the possibility of back-channel negotiations, and whether an “off-ramp” from the conflict still exists.

France — OFFICIALLY REJECTED. Will not send warships.

🇨🇳 China — No response. Called it a "sovereign right."

🇬🇧 United Kingdom — "Discussing options with allies." No commitment.

🇯🇵 Japan — Silence. 70% of Japan's Middle East oil comes through Hormuz.

🇰🇷 South Korea — No confirmation. Seoul caught between Washington and its own oil dependency.

🇩🇪 Germany — No convoy support.

    🇳🇴 Norway — Rejected.

🇶🇦 Qatar — Already STOPPED gas production. Declared force majeure. Their energy minister said "this will bring down economies of the world."

🇦🇪 UAE — Gulf states "tried to stop this war because they knew the implications."

🇮🇷 Iran — Still attacking ships. Still laying mines. Still blocking the strait.

    10 countries. 0 warships.

High-octane speculation here, but that could explain Scott Bessent being so visibly shocked after he'd been abruptly summoned by Trump to the White House Situation Room two days ago when in the middle of a live interview.

Krzysztof said that when the war starts, he will disappear. He couldn't say exactly when, but he reckons it will happen.

Today Hezbollah targets Pilmakhim air base south of Tel Aviv, and Iran test-drives "Sejjil" missile. Its capabilities are not given, so, I don't know what's different about it. I'm not sure it amounts to "surprises" that are in store. It does seem to be part of a changing calculation that a target doesn't get 30-40 small, old missiles, but only about ten of newer and heavier designs. That plus a drone squad. It's more efficient.

    In the current prospects:

Quote For now, Iran has ruled out a ceasefire. Trump's relentless war rhetoric and continued attacks on civilian infrastructure – schools, hospitals, heritage sites, power grids, and oil depots – have made de-escalation impossible.

Dialogue is off the table while Trump occupies the White House and likely beyond. The past two unprovoked attacks came in the middle of nuclear diplomacy.

Retaliatory operations will continue until aggressors are fully reprimanded. Iran now controls the skies over occupied territories, striking with surgical precision, especially after the regime's much-touted air defense systems were dismantled.

Hezbollah has joined the front too, with amazing power, as have Iraqi resistance groups, and the IRGC has addressed the American people directly: "The achievements of seventy years of American administrations in the region have evaporated in less than eleven days."

They have no war with American people, and forecast a big turn-around in the Midterms. That may be a realistic goal. Can our mannequin continue to posture for eight months? Can that pile of dust remain in the holy land? Not sure. Anyone who would have asked China to take part in the attack force is really off their rocker.

What I call wires have not yielded any statements by the loudmouths in Likud. Usually they desecrate al-Aqsa Mosque every few days, or something nefarious, but none of this has been recently seen.

I am sensing something different here... as I already said before... Juhu is so hated man... in very dangerous situation, without possibility to rehabilitate himself after genocide... he will do... he will disappear into nothing.. he will have a dead man replacement.. some people will see in that "spectacle" Justice... some revenge..
I do not believe in his real death, period!

Higher octane would say they liquified multiple Likuds.

You can't kill just one with a missile.

He's probably in San Tropez and really does have six fingers. Easy to impose that over the fact that I am sure there is an intact Zionist landscape somewhere.

I would have thought awakening from a coma with brain damage would have been the best option. As usual, there are "fates worse than death", and trials and prisons have their purposes. The dead are not only safe but not guilty.
