I remember this controversy very well. This one in particular hit me hard. I already knew but this fiasco galvanized me into realizing the world I lived in was fixed. I was disgusted with those in power for covering up a technology that could have given me a future I could actually strive for, not this ridiculous sham of a life as a modern slave.

There's no mystery behind Gene's death. I personally met with him and spent a couple hours when he was in town at the Denver Airport.

I was asked to review his magazine and his interest in some prominent "over unity" work being conducted by the Russians (rotating massive cylinders and "water" in a thin layer, the amount of "heat energy output" apparently exceeded the workforce input)..

Gene was on the east coast to evict tenants and clean up after them, who, had failed to pay their rent, on his rental house. He was beaten to death by at least one of them apparently according to the Court reports. It was tragic he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Although, his magazine was really a rehash of previously documented experimentation. I didn't find anything new or particularly threatening being exposed in his magazine. Gene was interested in hearing about "insider information" of who is REALLY working in the field.

I found him soft spoken and he lit up when we were able to discuss the "real work" going on in over-unity, and low level nuclear reactions

W LONDON — She didn't know who the seriously wounded man was but was told to beat him with a piece of pipe.

Candace Foster told jurors Tuesday that she initially balked at her boyfriend's order to kick and beat prominent energy scientist Eugene Mallove with a piece of pipe.

But she changed her mind after the boyfriend, Chad Schaffer, struck her across the face until she bled.

"He told me I had to hit him," a tearful Foster, 34, testified in Superior Court.

Police would later find Mallove beaten to death outside his childhood home in Norwich. Police said he went there on May 14, 2004, to clean out the house after recently evicting Schaffer and his family for failing to pay rent.

Foster's chilling testimony riveted jurors seated in the trial of Mozzelle Brown, Schaffer's cousin, who authorities said took part with Schaffer and Foster in the fatal beating of Mallove. Brown's trial went into its second week Tuesday.

Brown, 40, has pleaded not guilty to charges of murder, felony murder and other charges. If convicted, he faces a maximum of 85 years in prison.

Foster recalled Tuesday how she and Schaffer followed Brown on the night of the murder down a wooded path that led from a McDonald's to her former home unsure of what she was about to see.

Just minutes before, she testified, Schaffer had arrived home late at their Norwich apartment. The Denver Nuggets jersey, pajama pants and boots he was wearing were covered in blood.

Past the path, Foster said she saw a man lying face down on the ground near a home where she used to live with Schaffer. She would learn later that it was Mallove, 56, a cold fusion expert and Pulitzer Prize finalist who owned the house.

Mallove was living in New Hampshire at the time but rented out the home where his parents had raised him.

Foster told jurors at the scene she saw Brown and Schaffer kick Mallove and beat him with the piece of pipe.

At one point, she said Schaffer put a plastic bag over Mallove's head. Brown was standing over Schaffer "telling Chad to hurry up," she testified.

The men then removed his shoes and took off his shirt. She said Schaffer told her he wanted "to make it look like a robbery."

Schaffer, 37, cut a plea deal with prosecutors in 2012 that sent him to prison for 16 years for the slaying. Schaffer's trial was underway when he agreed to plead guilty to lesser charges.

Last week, Mallove's son, Ethan Mallove, said he and his family were "blindsided" and outraged by the plea deal.

Foster, whose own case is pending, is a key witness against Brown. Her testimony is expected to continue Wednesday.

I take it then that you are saying that the above information and statements are all fact. Also, am I too assume from your personal declaration that there could not have been skullduggery from the global controllers due to the evidence of the court proceedings??

Good thing that most evicted renters don't get this vengeful or there would be many dead property owners!!

I guess Dr. Mallove pissed off more than the energy industry cohorts.

That does not rule out "skullduggery", could be prudent planning (possibly).

I will reiterate - My experience of personally meeting and spending time with Gene was interesting from a discussion standpoint about LENR which is where he had expressed a desire to discuss.

We did.

I found him to be of a quiet sort, not really some one who could in my opinion fight off violent attackers.

If one is interested in what Gene and I talked about bring up what can be found on LENR.

My evaluation of what he was presenting in his magazine was a rehash on old data and there was nothing at all threatening to anyone.

If that was indeed the reason, or more correctly the bell that rang that caused Brain to move to Ecuador, it does not matter if it was intentional, skulduggery, or random (with regards to LENR research), it is merely what caused Brian to move out of the USA. It casts no doubt or weakness into Brian's works, nor weak link or 'holes' in Wade's efforts.

I've dealt with enough nasty things that I'm not sure that 'chance' can always be 'chance'. There are layers to this reality, and a fully linear surface view ---- can be deadly.

Interesting. The last time I posted six university research grants for LENR about a month ago, it was slagged, as if it was absolutely the wrong thing to do.

I was unaware of a private firm moving forward on this. Can you elaborate?
