Penny Kelly apparently didn't realize that bathing in one's own urine has actually been a recommended practice by some holistic practicioners, as an alternative to drinking it. (See: https://projectavalon.net/forum4/sho...=urine+therapy )
My feeling about Wilcock is that he actually was the incarnation of Cayce in the first part of his life, but when he got into the spotlight, being the very sensitive soul that he was, he could not handle the challenges and so left that body and another spirit entered the body as a "Walk-in".
Clearly Wilcock's dysfunctional relationship with Corey Goode was a classic example of the empath being the prey of a narcissist. See:

I have personally seen a Walk-in case, which began with a young man I knew for about 17 years, and in that particular case, the second spirit that entered my friend's body was a completely different kind of person, with very different interests and motivations.
The transition occurred sometime in his mid to late 20s, I think, and it was radical.
So much so that the body changed rapidly to the point that it no longer looked at all like the original inhabitant.
The personalities of the two were so completely different that even his brother could no longer maintain a connection with him, and was very freaked out with the change, for which he could find no logical explanation.
The Walk-in spirit committed suicide when he was 50.
No doubt being a Walk-in is difficult, but even moreso if the two spirits have very little in common.
