The ultimate tantrum. A few weeks I remember saying "too little too late" about the UK banning certain Israeli exports...true enough...but, with the potential for a little smack to turn into major fisticuffs, the UK got kicked out:

Quote Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar ordered the consulate shut by Thursday, October 8, and revoked the credentials of its staff. The mission, in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, operates separately from the British embassy in Tel Aviv and handles political and consular affairs for Palestinians in East al-Quds, the occupied West Bank and the Gaza Strip.

The closure is retaliation for Britain’s ban last month on imports of goods from illegal Israeli settlements.

British Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband announced the measures alongside similar steps by France and Canada over the regime's ethnic cleansing of Palestinians. The ban followed Israeli plans to build more than a thousand new settler homes on occupied land. All such settlements are illegal under international law.

Sa’ar called the British decision “morally distorted”...

    To which:

Quote The United Kingdom has warned the Israeli regime that it will expel 27 of its diplomats from London, together with their families, unless Tel Aviv reverses an order to shut the British Consulate General in occupied East al-Quds (Jerusalem), Israeli media have reported.

British Ambassador Simon Walters delivered the message to Israeli officials on Monday...

Grandpa dumps the baby out of the crib.

While under the heading, to the best of our knowledge:

Quote An official report from the US intelligence agency, the CIA, shows the Israeli regime faces a grave risk of "civil war" or "state collapse" because of years of genocide and war.

The August report by the CIA, portions of which were revealed on Monday by independent outlet Drop Site News, showed that major pressure factors have emerged within the Jewish settlers living in the Israeli-occupied territories that could trigger a civil war.

Those factors include an economic crisis caused by soaring military spending; troops returning from combat zones with heavy arms and traumatic experiences; public anger about the exemption of ultra-Orthodox men from military service; settler violence in the occupied West Bank; and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu clinging to power ahead of the late-October elections.

CIA experts have said that exempting ultra-Orthodox men from military service has created a deep fracture among Israelis, while the huge costs of the extensive aggression on Gaza have caused inflation to reach record highs, further increasing resentment against the regime.

They said heavily armed, traumatized service members returning from combat zones in Gaza, Lebanon, and Iran have "weapons and bloodthirst" that could ignite an all-out civil war in the occupied territories.

Israel's growing isolation abroad, including from the United States, has also turned into a major threat against the regime, the CIA report said, adding that such isolation could accelerate its collapse.

The report said an interaction of such major pressure factors at the time of a deep internal crisis could spark a civil war, which in turn may create other acute scenarios, including the withdrawal of technology and artificial-intelligence companies from the occupied territories or Arab governments reconsidering their normalization pacts with the Israeli regime.

The report has concluded that Israel is accumulating economic, political, and social contradictions beneath its projection of military dominance and intelligence superiority, while warning that military might and continued US support may fail to contain the disaster that awaits the regime.

I mean, if you look at CIA fact-finding reports, a lot of them are valid. It's when they move to decision-making centers that they are completely ignored.

After all, every intelligence of the twenty-first century said America would be driven out of the Gulf if it attacked Iran, and, instead of freely taking the advice and sparing a few lives, here we are, sinking.

I would disagree with the CIA assessments sometimes, like "leading to an all-out civil war", because daily insurrections, pockets of resistance, and other internal violence, does not constitute a civil war. The conclusion, beset with uncontainable strife, may be unavoidable. Disaster to the regime is desirable in every form it can take. Its viability as a state seems to be next to nothing, which would be better placed under Palestinian sovereignty, or at most some semi-autonomous and heavily monitored DMZ.

Why did Donald Trump attack Iran when conventional economic and strategic logic pointed in the opposite direction? In this explosive conversation, former hedge fund manager and geopolitical analyst Alex Krainer examines the forces behind the U.S.-Iran confrontation, the White House inner circle, and the ideological framework he believes is shaping Washington's Middle East policy.

Krainer explores the controversial theory that messianic and eschatological beliefs may help explain Trump's approach to Iran, alongside the influence of figures such as Stephen Miller and Jared Kushner. The conversation also examines leaked 2019 British diplomatic cables describing efforts to surround Trump with pro-war "whisperers" and push the administration toward confrontation with Iran.

The discussion goes far beyond Washington politics. Zulfiqar Ali and Alex Krainer examine Iran's reported 90% uranium enrichment decision, Iranian military doctrine, rejected diplomatic off-ramps involving Pakistan's Field Marshal Asim Munir and China's President Xi Jinping, and the growing possibility of a wider regional conflict.

The conversation also looks at the failure of U.S. and Western military operations against Ansar Allah in Yemen, the strategic importance of the Bab-el-Mandeb, Iran's underground infrastructure and alleged tunnel capabilities, and why additional U.S. carrier deployments may not produce the strategic outcome Washington expects....

Episode 11: Trump Can’t Bluff Iran into Surrender

It seems clear that the Trump administration and its allies are working overtime to create the false impression that the United States is well on its way to defeating Iran and that Tehran should therefore submit to American demands sooner rather than later.
If it does not, so the argument goes, not only will the economic punishment inflicted on Iran reach crushing levels, but President Trump will launch a devastating military attack that might even include putting U.S. ground forces into Iran.
I will argue in this episode that this is largely a propaganda campaign and that it is unlikely to work, because Iran, not the Trump administration, is in the driver’s seat.

While the regime continues to do what it is good at -- bombing civilians -- the Saudi military is a hamburger factory:

Quote Yemen’s armed forces say they have maintained full control over all their battlefield gains, dismissing Saudi claims of advances as “imaginary victories” aimed at pleasing their patrons.

“The Armed Forces maintain full control over all their battlefield gains. What the enemy is promoting as victories is nothing but imaginary heroics intended to please its masters, just like its malicious tactics, which our people are well aware of, whether along the western coast or elsewhere,” spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Saree said in a statement on Tuesday.

The statement added that more than 200 Saudi-backed forces have been killed or wounded over the past several hours in dozens of strikes targeting their movements in Ras al-Arah and al-Saqiya.

It said the losses among the Saudi mercenaries were unprecedented in all previous confrontations, both in personnel and military vehicles.

The statement added that Yemeni forces have carried out dozens of strikes in the eastern part of al-Jawf Province, targeting Saudi military concentrations and inflicting large numbers of casualties while destroying and setting several vehicles ablaze.

The Yemeni forces also carried out strikes against Saudi military concentrations east of Ragwan in Marib Province, killing and wounding several personnel and setting a number of vehicles on fire.

Quote A Yemeni military source said Yemen's armed forces carried out more than 20 attacks on gatherings of Saudi forces in Taiz, leaving dozens killed and wounded and several vehicles set on fire.

The source also described repeated fake news from aggressor networks as a sign of their defeat, saying these networks are trying to feed their audiences with fabricated victories.

The military source stressed that Yemen's armed forces continue their achievements in pushing gatherings of Saudi forces out of the districts of Taiz province.

Quote Yemen's armed forces said they carried out three special operations with numerous ballistic and cruise missiles and drones against targets in Saudi Arabia, hitting Riyadh's King Khalid airport, the Aramco refinery in Rabigh, and Abha airport.

Military spokesman Yahya Saree said the first operation targeted King Khalid Airport in Riyadh, disrupting flights there. The second operation targeted the Aramco refinery in Rabigh, causing a fire at the site. The third operation targeted Abha airport, Khamis Mushait base, the Akfa camp in the Asir region, and other sensitive positions in Najran and Jizan.

Saree said the operations were carried out in response to "Saudi aggression" against Yemen, which over the past 24 hours included 60 airstrikes and missile attacks. He said the Saudi attacks targeted Sanaa and the provinces of Jawf, Taiz, Hajjah, Saada and Marib, leading to the martyrdom and injury of civilians, including women and children. He said the total number of Saudi airstrikes and missile attacks since the escalation began has reached 1,576.

Saree warned all global airlines using Saudi airspace about continuing their flights. He said Saudi airspace, with the exception of the holy airspace of Mecca and Medina, would be a scene of their operations. He said Yemeni forces bear no responsibility for the consequences of ignoring this warning.

Saree said Yemeni forces possess capabilities and means that enable them to confront this escalation. He said they are prepared for such a day and the battlefield will determine the outcome.

Jolani : "I will send my commandos, the ones you saw in action in Syria when i sent them to slaughter the Alawi Shia of Latakia and then the Orthodox Christians in Aleppo and Homs region. It was so beautiful, so great ! even my Amerikan bosses in Washington applauded and thanked me. My father, Sultan-Padisah Recep, embraced me and called me the new Sultan Murad, 'Conqueror of Baghdad.' Similarly, my men are ready to fight against Ansarallah and slaughter all those Shia infidels in Yemen without any problem. I'm just waiting for your go-ahead."

    Translated from Arabic
Young Muhammad Naim from Gaza wrote:

"Today in the morning, I was at Al-Shifa Hospital to book an appointment for my son.
I found people and security personnel gathered around the body of a martyr from the morning bombing, trying to identify him, so I went over to take a look in case I knew him.
Suddenly, his phone rang... and on the phone screen it said 'My dear mother.'
Everyone stopped—security, medical teams, and people—looking at each other, speechless. It was his mother; what would they say to her?
The call ended without an answer, then she called back a second time. I picked up the phone, full of hope that words would come to me to console her, but my tongue failed me.
My hearing weakened as I heard her say: 'Reassure me, my son,' so I started saying: Uh... as if I couldn't hear her, and she kept repeating and insisting on the question.
And unfortunately, instead of consoling her, she ended up consoling me and saying: 'Tell me, speak, don't worry, I'm strong, by God.'
So I mustered courage and said just two words before hanging up: 'To God we belong.'
This is our daily reality in Gaza, and this is the reality of our mothers.
God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs. May our Lord compensate us with better.

Leaked CIA Report: Israel On The Brink Of CIVIL WAR

A reported CIA assessment warns that Israel could face civil war or state collapse as political, economic, and social divisions deepen amid years of war.

    And this one...

"President Trump, speaking at a campaign rally Monday, suggested Iran could "take out" Los Angeles and San Diego — a comment that was possibly in jest but brought a quick reaction from leaders in California.
Trump said he wanted to "see a tremendous victory" in the November election, "'cause it verifies all the things we did. And again, remember, with the war it's just artificial, it's a little bit high.""

As the genocide in Gaza continues and settler violence in the West Bank reaches an “all-time high,” UN Special Rapporteur on the Occupied Palestinian Territories Francesca Albanese joins Mehdi in a Town Hall with Zeteo’s paid subscribers.

The two discuss the latest on the horrors Palestinians are facing in Gaza, how the Iran war has been the “perfect alibi” to distract from the genocide, and whether the upcoming Israeli elections will change anything.

Albanese also talks about the effects of being sanctioned by the Trump administration, noting that she will “fight this with all the transparency and the honesty that is required.”

During the Town Hall, Albanese answers a wide range of questions from Mehdi and paid subscribers, on topics including the recent criticism over her remarks about Ukraine and accusations of being pro-Russia. And she discusses her upcoming report on the media’s complicity in the Gaza genocide.

Quote Explosions were heard in Riyadh without warning and Yemen's military spokesman said a Saudi CH-4 armed reconnaissance drone was downed over Al-Jawf.

Reports indicate that the sound of several explosions was heard in Riyadh without any prior warning being announced.

At the same time, air traffic monitoring sources reported the suspension of flight operations at King Fahd International Airport in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

    Something may have been exaggerated:

Quote Pakistan’s Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has rejected a Reuters report about the country’s military deployment under the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement.

The ministry said operational details related to the implementation of the collective defence arrangement remain confidential. It also urged the public and media to rely on official statements issued by Pakistan’s Foreign Office and other relevant authorities rather than reports based on unnamed sources.

The response came after a Reuters report claimed that Pakistan had deployed between 30,000 and 40,000 troops to Saudi Arabia to help protect the kingdom’s land borders and assist with countering drone and missile threats. The report, citing an unnamed Pakistani official, also said Islamabad had not decided to deploy troops to Yemen for combat operations.

In its statement, the information ministry reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to the security of Saudi Arabia and the protection of the Haramain Sharifain in Makkah and Madina. It described this commitment as non-negotiable.

The ministry criticised what it called unverified figures and details, saying official authorities should be consulted for information concerning the defence agreement.

Third year anniversary of October 7, 2023...
Several clips of Charlie Kirk in the video below strongly doubting the legitimacy of Israel's official account of October 7.

"In this episode of 51/49, James breaks down the mounting public scrutiny and investigative reports surrounding the events of 10/7 — including recent reporting on pre-attack intelligence warnings, military troop movements near the Gaza border, and the intense debate over accountability and free speech in political media."

As for the false genocide narrative.
It backfires aggressively on the Palestinian victimhood narrative and establish the Israeli power deterrence.
In west Asia no-one really care who is just or righteous. We care who has the means+ skills.
(Why it is false narrative? study the genocide definition - not the special definition for Gaza - and the facts).

As for my personal experience as civilian (cannot and will not mention the combat)
1973 Spent few weeks in public shelter, did not see my father for 6 months.
2001 My elementary school destroyed by Iraqi missile.
2006 Fire from Hizbulah missiles destroyed some houses in the neighborhood
2023 My youth classmate, 1980 we shared room in boarding school, slaughtered (not just killed).
2023-24 Hosted 5 members family refugees, from the northern border for 6 months.

    Summery and personal comment:

Brief summary of the video's main argument

The speaker (Dr. Phil) argues that Israel's high ranking in the World Happiness Report despite war, terrorism, reserve mobilization, missile attacks, and rising antisemitism reveals an important lesson about the sources of happiness.

    His central thesis is:

Happiness is not primarily the result of comfort, safety, or an easy life. It comes from meaning, belonging, and purpose.

According to the video, four factors explain Israel's resilience and relative happiness:
    • Faith
    Not necessarily strict religious observance.
A connection to something larger than oneself.
Shared traditions, history, and identity create belonging.

    • Family
Strong family structures and relatively high birth rates.
Confidence in the future despite hardship.
Family provides emotional support and meaning.
    • Purpose
A strong sense of collective responsibility and national mission.
Examples given include Israelis returning from abroad to serve after October 7.
The speaker cites Viktor Frankl's idea that people who have a "why" can endure almost any "how."
    • Education
High societal value placed on education.
Knowledge, achievement, and investment in future generations contribute to resilience.

The video concludes that these four elements:

    Faith + Family + Purpose + Education

form a blueprint for psychological resilience and happiness, both for Israel and for individuals generally.

    Underlying message

The video is less about geopolitics and more about psychology.

The speaker's deeper claim is that:

People can tolerate hardship if they feel connected to a meaningful story.
Social belonging is more important for well-being than material comfort alone.
Nations and communities with strong identity and purpose may remain psychologically resilient even during crises.

    Critical analysis

The strongest part of the argument is supported by mainstream happiness research:

Strong social ties are consistently among the best predictors of life satisfaction.
Purpose and meaning correlate strongly with psychological resilience.
Family and community support help people cope with trauma.

However, the video largely presents one side of the picture:

It emphasizes national cohesion but spends little time discussing internal Israeli divisions.
It treats happiness rankings as evidence of societal success, while happiness surveys measure self-reported life satisfaction, not absence of stress, trauma, inequality, or political conflict.
Some statistics mentioned (media bias, UN resolutions, article analyses) are presented without examining alternative interpretations.

    Pathwalker assessment

    I lived 6 wars since I was born: 1967,1973,1982,1991,2006,2023.
I agree wars shape my personal identity and psychology.
Israeli people are authority challengers, low trust in institutions, high trust in fellowship and community.

The most valuable insight is probably not that Israelis are "happy despite war."

    Rather:

Many Israelis appear to maintain life purpose+meaning because they possess unusually strong social networks, family structures, community participation, and a sense of collective purpose.

That interpretation aligns both with the video's argument and with broader happiness research.

The lesson is less "Israel is happy" and more:

Meaning often matters more than comfort. People can endure extraordinary stress when they believe their struggles serve something larger than themselves.

    • Israeli Finance Minister Says the Quiet Part Out Loud:

Israeli finance minister Bezalel Smotrich recently described a “thorough cleansing” operation in southern Lebanon, which many have interpreted as an admission of ethnic cleansing comparable to the destruction in Gaza. Jimmy argues that the minister’s statement that residents will have nowhere to return to demonstrates that Israel is deliberately making areas uninhabitable. Jimmy also highlights that Western governments have failed to stop or adequately challenge these actions.

The discussion then extends into criticism of Zionism, Israeli territorial ambitions, international law, and political and media support for Israel, while also dismissing commentary about the military operation as an effort to target Hezbollah rather than civilians.
No need to follow anyone, only consider broadening (y)our horizon of possibilities ...

    1. Ethnic cleansing is done deal, declared policy in south Lebanon with about 1 million Shia people refugees in their homeland. Israel had about 0.4 million about half returned home. The Shia people refugees have no home to return. So their patron cannot hide among them. Like Hammas use civilian shieldsin Gaza.
    2. Israel is going on election 27 Oct in 3 weeks. Smotritch is speaking to his ultra extreme base.
    3. The speakers in the video do not understand the real interests in the region and overlay their ideology into unrelated events. More emotions than critical informed thinking.

That's very interesting. I would add that "meaning" can either be founded from verifiable facts, or based on not-to-be-questioned mythology.

In the case of 'meaning' based on mythology, such meaning will crumble very fast when the lies on which the mythology has been built are exposed for the majority to see.

I'm thinking of the zionists old claims and cliches, such as "a land without people, for a people without a land", "the IDF is the most moral army", 'Israel isn't committing a genocide'. And the fact that Israel wouldn't even exist if it wasn't for the USA support, a support mostly extracted by psyops, blackmail and deceit.
