I had a think-talk for several minutes as to post this video or not because it’s such a charged issue. What was most important was to give air time to this young lady. She is a role model in her dedication to pursue her passion. She is poised and self-assured while speaking to many. Her point of view is organized and easy to follow. She offers statistics and details that may create dialogue that goes beyond the central issue.

In these times, where the young are depicted as self-centered, addicted to the latest gadgets, and couch sloths, we need more air time for those that work against those labels.

Author and ufologist David Sereda returned to the show to illuminate the correlations between theoretical physics and spiritual wisdom. He pointed out how the duality of human nature-- such as good and evil, is mirrored in the atomic structure with its positive and negative components. Yet, light, he said, is the only particle in physics that is non-dual or "single" even though it does encounter inertia. (a tendency to do nothing or to remain unchanged; Physics a property of matter by which it continues in its existing state of rest or uniform motion in a straight line, unless that state is changed by an external force.)



Relating this to the spiritual, Sereda noted that Jesus said: "If thine ye be single, thy whole body shall be filled with light." He also cited the paper of physicist Paul Dirac, “The Equation of the Sea of Negative Energy” (view Don Hotson's article --PDF file-- on this topic), as first presenting the discovery of "Singularity." In such a place, duality, time and conflict no longer exist, Sereda explained.



ROUGH NOTES:

• A ship moves through the water, but if you try to push it to make it go faster, the waves make the ship “heavier in mass” because of the resistance or inertia makes it weighed down or heavier.
• Jesus’ resurrection - he transforms flesh, physical corporal matter, into Light and then he was able to move around the Universe with that new transformed body of Light. Some of the more advanced UFOs work the same way.
• God in the Garden of Eden says don’t take the fruit of knowledge. This good and evil creates conflict. When one has a problem we try to solve it. We define it which is good and evil. The problem is that there’s 7 billion people on the earth that each has their own take on what’s good and evil. Some overlap in agreement, therefore religious institutions are formed. There’s a schism because all points are not agreed upon. This proves that good and evil is always a conflict. You solve the conflict, but we all see that differently and that causes a conflict and eventually that leads to wars. So what God was saying is don’t take in this knowledge because it is conflict, it poisons, it will always divide your mind into two.
• How do you blend that last point with physics? There’s a positive molecule and a negative electron molecule going around an atom. They have the exact same force. They cancel out the overall force to zero. And that is essentially happening within our consciousness. Because we live in this state of conflict and it cancels out most of our energy.
• If you look deeper into the atom. The electron it has an anti-electron, and the electron spins negative, you’ll find that it has an anti-electron spins positive. And then you have proton and anti-proton, and then you have quark and anti-quark. It just keeps going smaller and smaller with new labels. And all of them are in the same dual paired-ness that happened in consciousness that happen in the proverbial Garden of Eden.
• Here’s the important question. Where did all this start? Where was this duality born from? All of the great Masters say the same thing: “If an ‘I’ becomes single the whole body shall become filled with Light.” To correlate this is physics. In every particle we know of in physics in wave particle relationship, because all particles are in wave-particle relationship. Light in the only particle that is single that we know. It has no anti-particle paired with it that we can identify with yet. So Light is positive. It stands as positive vs. negative. Light is the only particle that we know that can move at this amazing velocity that’s 186,000 miles per second or 670 million miles per hr.
• Because we are relying on a velocity in seeing, it’s a limitation. Example: in the same moment of time, someone 200 ft from an accident vs 20 ft. will see something different because we are relying on a velocity, which is a limitation to witness that event. Expand that concept out, when we look at such as Andromeda is 2.5 millions light years away, not present because of time and velocity limitations.
• Our goal is to move anywhere in the Universe in zero time.
• Singularity defined: What actually causes time to come into existence is that everything actually starts to slow down in the Universe when this duality is born. When we have the proverbial fall from the Garden of Eden, we as the mystics like Jesus explains that we came from the One, the Singularity. But how to proved this in physics terms? The energies the left over that wins out and moves forward is actually weak, or moves backwards because sometimes negativity wins out. But over all the causes of inertia, when a positive thought or energy goes out it encounters it’s opposite which slows it down. So when you look as waves in the quantum reality, there is a pairedness. Like a hurricane vortex moving through a resistance in the water, through resistance which is air mass and the water. So everything was slowing down in the Universe. Time was being born. So this place of Singularity to arrive at, these Highest Angelic UFO’s like the wheels of Ezekiel that appeared, the other phenomena that happens around Christ. He believes these events did happen because it was during the era where great change was about to occur. And that’s why so many siting back in the yugas are the same as the Golden Age Yugas we are coming into. Krishna’s time scientist discovered a layer of radioactive ash layer. We are repeating the same patterns where we develop this radiation technologies and don’t use them for good, we don’t get on with higher technologies for the good of the planet rather than fossil fuels. So God can’t travel fast enough and then turn around and leave, but the answer to Singularity solves all of these theories.
• When you come to the point of Singularity, you eventually see how time is born. And it’s instantaneously possible to move through any point in time because all of them exist for you.
• Question: How do you merge the physics and the spirituality? One, you understand that all inertia or slowing down or resistance is caused by the dual pairedness of reality. And when Jesus said, “When an I be single, thy whole body shall be filled with Light. First, we think Light should be instantaneous. We should be able to detect all the events in the Universe in real time, by some phenomena. But, Light as we know it, can’t do it because it’s too slow. So what is Light pushing up against that is slowing it down? And then we find that Einstein’s cosmological constant which is: the background substratum of space which produces negative pressure against light. So light has to move through that substratum.
• Therefore, if light didn’t have this negative pressure behind it, it would go much faster. In fact, if light didn’t encounter it’s inertia, Light for us is the ultimate velocity. There may be a light that is truly beyond the Light that we know and that is called, Singularity.
• First revelation: his friend saw pairs of electrons and anti-electrons spinning which are being born from high frequency Light waves. And then disappearing back into them. So matter was born from LIght and reduced back into Light once again.
• Second revelation: friend followed the electron and anti-electron pairs at were stripped of the heavy proton. So they were not spinning around something heavy any more. And normally, electron circle around the proton, it’s like they have a gravity relationship. It binds and spins around in that random orbit. So when you strip it off the proton, it has nothing to orbit around. So it starts to spiral into smaller and smaller orbits. Which means to him, the frequency is increasing. This mass is reducing. And it gets to the point where they just disappear.
• The bubble chamber are filled with gas to see it’s motion. Like a foggy day and you toss a rock and it leaves a trail in the fog. So the particles are exploded into the gas and you can film to follow the wave patterns. The only thing they can’t see in the bubble chamber is Light because it has no mass. It passes through solid matter. It doesn’t interact with it the way the physical objects do. So they saw the trails. And when they went high frequencies, they couldn’t see them any more because they didn’t have mass any more. So what mainstream physicists said was that matter and anti-matter met up and annihilated each another. This other guy said impossible, they never actually met up with each other at all. And if they did, there’d be an explosion and you could photograph. He used quantum measurements.
• The most import part of this second revelation: The Equation of the sea of negative energy paper - (do not equate with negative energies or dark matter) - this is a substratum to our entire Universe that everything in it is Singularly charged. Single. It has NO anti-particle anywhere in that whole substratum. It’s all one. When you follow the path of the highest frequency wave particle, which are gamma waves, he found that out of gamma, he could see the birth of electron and anti-electron pairs and then he was them go back into it. No duality in this field. You can call it negatively or positively charged field, it doesn’t matter.
• So here’s David Sereda’s ah-ha that he was looking for two years in the next paragraph: This is the place of Singleness that all the great masters spoke about where there is no duality. And if there’s no duality, there’s no inertia. No resistance. That means that if you enter it, you have to become Single to enter it. AND if you actually enter it, YOU ARE everything in the entire Universe, in Zero Time. Because there’s no resistance. There’s no slowing down. And what is so baffling about that, it that if you were a space ship and you entered it, you would become God Consciousness. In essence, you would no all event before and after they happen. Jesus said: if you make the above like the below, the male, female, the female, male, the inside like the outside, he goes through these pairs of opposites and make them all One, you will tell the mountain to move and it will move.
• So it’s easy to see that a scientist needs spirituality to go where this guy was able to goes. That’s why Einstein was limited with only science.
• Next paragraph in paper: if you enter this place, you will be everywhere at the same time and firstly, it solves one of the greatest problems astronomers are having - according to the big bang theory, the Universe started with an enormous temperature explosion.

• The birth of time: we go from this Singularity place where everything is one. And when you enter it, the baffling thing about it is if you would actually become single, which is beyond all pairedness, and enter this single state, and the desire to travel would take you a long time because you are virtually in all points, at the same time, at the same moment. You are in all places at the same moment. So if you could enter this place you’d be so baffled and wouldn’t be able to move or even know where to go.
• Question: Do you actually believe that a small, compressed particle blew up and has created all this physical mass in the Universe?
• Answer: From the Single place that never happened. From the Single place the center of the Universe is just an illusion we call time. But when you enter duality, everything slows down and time is born. And when time was born, it looks like there was a big bang. But from the place of Singularity, it never happened. Because all the intent has actually already happened.
• Experiment where the lowest mass electron that we know of when we sent through the two slits in the cardboard. He found the electron went through the two slits, both at the same time. The SAME electron. And if you have three slits, the same electron goes through at the same time all three slits.
• So each slit is almost like a choice, a decision to parate? pro-rate. And second, why does the same electron appear in all the slits at the same time? [scientist theorize] You make the choice that all histories exist in the same moment in time. That’s as far as anyone could go with it.
• But when you get frustrated with inertia, and time being so slow, with movement, you can see where Singularity answers everything. There really is NO Big Bang. The Universe only appears to be banging or moving through this wave-form over time which is a birth.
• As the story goes, in India, the same place where Buddha meditated there are two foot prints embedded in stone. It’s where a Buddhist monk stood and meditated for 3 days, months, or years. (Even if it was for 3 days, how many can stay in one place that long?) He was truly baffled where he entered this state of Oneness. Where you become this Singularity that you ARE everywhere in the Universe. And you ARE all knowing. And there’s no desire to move because you are already there in consciousness.
• But to be able to do it physically, to take form and volume and move anywhere throughout any system in the Universe, THAT is ultimate freedom.
• You are no longer a prisoner. You can see all time and events. Move through all systems and transcend this duality that really just gives birth to chaos.
• Jesus said, “In this world there’s good and evil. And good things are not good, and evil thing are not evil.” Theologist thought it meant Jesus is saying that evil isn’t evil. We have to get rid of this. But what Jesus was really saying was to cancel out the pairs of opposites. Because that is nothing but conflict.
• If I believe in good and evil. And I believe egoistically that my religion is better than the others then we’ll eventually disagree, separate and maybe even go to war. And that’s what happened in the ‘fall of the garden’ because we believed in good and evil. We created it.
• If you end the conflict internally between good and evil there’s no more war. There’s no more ‘I’m right and you are wrong’. And if you trust it deep enough, you enter this place of Singularity in consciousness. We get to experience.
• It will happen for the individual. The individual will have the realization and enter the paradise mind, the Singularity. For the masses to really get it, they need to stop comparing their religion with others. We believe egotistically we’re right and the other guys have it wrong.
• What all the masters and great teacher are saying is that’s all an illusion. Duality is the illusion. When you enter the Single place that doesn’t exist for you any more. There’s peace in Singularity. There is no war. And because your mind is Single, we don’t prate (talk foolish) this any more.
• Chaos is duality. Which is good and evil. Which is what we are try to transcend.

Question 2: Self-control and overseeing the mind are lessons I've learned, am learning, and implementing.

Question 3: By studying human development and psychology, observing the development of children's minds, and being at the center of my own mind experience, I would choose NOT to dwell on violence. I keep it in my peripheral vision as awareness, but focus on what I'm creating. I've seen the mind much like a computer - GARBAGE IN, GARBAGE OUT. I monitor what I focus my attention on knowing that I'm giving it energy with my attention and also programming my own operating system.

• The only way to grow and evolve to a higher level, develop inner balance within yourself, is to live outside of your comfort zone.
• The more you go beyond your comfort zone, you expand. In essence you tap into your Infinite Being that you are because you say to yourself I am not one thing. I am multi-dimensional.
• Embarrassment keeps us in our comfort zone. That is the secret. Once you can let go of society’s expectations, you free yourself. Because you see that the only thing holding you there is fear.
• Don’t blame others for feeling fearful. That plays into victimhood. You are not a victim. Take back your power.
• Fear = False Evidence Appearing Real
• Many of us stay in our comfort zone because we are afraid of the unknown. The known is safe, however you will always stay inside a box.
• When your actions are based on others reactions, every one else becomes your superior. You want to please everyone.
• It’s not our job to live up to others expectations.
• We all came here to be the free spirits that we all are.
• Stop attaching yourself to your persona: my job, my name... Let go of all of that.
• It doesn’t matter what they think. Let them think, that’s their issue.
• Let go of societies burden and you are going on the journey within.

Scary. Weird during the news cast wolf was interviewing someone and they implied there was maybe or could be more explosions multiple times even thou they are saying they have no clue what it is.

Question: How about the people that choose to be evil in this life?

• The concept of evil is objective. We prefer the idea of evil as negative energy. That is simply a mechanical description of what is being done.
• Positive energy is one that integrates, unifies, makes whole. Whereas, negative energy is that which separates, segregates, diversifies, and breaks apart. And thus doesn’t allow communication to occur in a harmonious way. But it’s discordant, jagged, rough. This is a description of the actual energy involved.
• The only reason why a being would choose to exhibit that kind of behavior is because they has been subjected to it. And have been taught that is the only way to communicate. It’s the only way to relate to all that is.
• They are in fear. Deep, deep, deep, deep fear. And they feel powerless and disconnected from spirit. And in feeling powerless and experiencing powerlessness, it isn’t that they are powerless.
• In experiencing the idea of powerlessness, they then resort to the only thing they haven’t had and that is: physical control and domination. They feel they are loosing control. They are dying. They are going down the drain.
• You don’t want to die alone, so you’ll take down as many people as you can.
• It’s an attempt to reconnect, but it’s in the only way they know how. Negatively. That’s what domination is. An attempt to reconnect with no positive tools. They don’t know how. That’s how they were brought up.
• But, it’s still an attempt to reconnect. But if you understand that, and can find that space in the being, that can be reached, that can be loved unconditionally, that can be shown as valid a piece of Creation as anyone. Then maybe they will be willing to let go of the fear. Let go of the need for domination and transform themselves from negative to positive. They will give up the job of being evil. Because it is no longer necessary.
• Here’s the secret: When they feel like they are powerless, and are trying to dominate in order to gain a sense of power, the issue is really that it’s simply an expression of powerlessness. Because, THE GREATEST POWER REQUIRES THE LIGHTEST TOUCH. If you truly have power you hardly have to do anything to make things happen.
• Those that force...are saying I have no power at all. So I have to FORCE everything to work, instead of ALLOWING it to work.
• Allowance and unconditional love are the keys. And teaching them that they are powerful aspects of creation. So they don’t have to be in fear, terror and feeling disconnected. Thus feel the only way to reconnect is to dominate anything in their reach.

Part Two:

• Sometimes the frequency that we give off is better processed in other ways. Sometimes it will actually bring up things within you that your only just barely ready to look at.
• We [Bashar] exist in a kind of frequency domain that induces others to rise to that level.
• This is why ET’s don’t physically land on the planet. If we did and you were literally exposed to us full force, it might cause many of you to go into psychotic shock. Because it would force issues that you are not ready to look at to the surface of your consciousness and you would actually be terrified of yourself. Not us.
• This is why you must understand the difference between the world you have created and the world you can create. What it really means to have heaven on earth.
• The frequency, the energy is so intense when you are living on that level that we must be cautious when we encounter beings that are not living on that level so that we do not burn them out.
• None of this is bragging, none of this is judging. I’m simply discussing the mechanics of it.
• What you are experiencing right now about 1% of our energy. Our reality vibrationally is about 300 years ahead of your reality. But culturally, we are about 3000 years ahead.
• It doesn’t mean it will take you 300 years to get to where you are. Because you live on a world of great acceleration. The point of earth is to accelerate to the dark to the light more rapidly than most any other world.
• This is why we use the ‘rubber ban’ analogy to describe your planet. You all know that when you take a rubber ban and you pull at it, the farther you pull it back, the farther it will go when you let it go.
• The idea on Earth is darkness...the reason why you have experienced so much depth of darkness and limitation, you’ve pulled your rubber band so far back that when you finally decide to let go of all darkness, you will snap back faster and much farther to the Light.
• You are very strong, brave beings for doing this. And we thank you. Because you are teaching many other planets valuable lessons on how to overcome almost anything.

Paula, I SO appreciate these notes you provide. It saves so much time that I can get to a lot more information. Usually I process the info faster than the audios/videos, so they get kind of boring or I lose patience because there is so much rich information here. Paula, I SO appreciate these notes you provide. It saves so much time that I can get to a lot more information. • Why do I feel embarrassed, shy or nervous around others?
• The only way to grow and evolve to a higher level, develop inner balance within yourself, is to live outside of your comfort zone.
• The more you go beyond your comfort zone, you expand. In essence you tap into your Infinite Being that you are because you say to yourself I am not one thing. I am multi-dimensional.
• Embarrassment keeps us in our comfort zone. That is the secret. Once you can let go of society’s expectations, you free yourself. Because you see that the only thing holding you there is fear.
• Don’t blame others for feeling fearful. That plays into victimhood. You are not a victim. Take back your power.
• Fear = False Evidence Appearing Real
• Many of us stay in our comfort zone because we are afraid of the unknown. The known is safe, however you will always stay inside a box.
• When your actions are based on others reactions, every one else becomes your superior. You want to please everyone.
• It’s not our job to live up to others expectations.
• We all came here to be the free spirits that we all are.
• Stop attaching yourself to your persona: my job, my name... Let go of all of that.
• It doesn’t matter what they think. Let them think, that’s their issue.
• Let go of societies burden and you are going on the journey within.

All of this is so true! Often my ego will try to stop me from making a post on Avalon by making me feel embarrassed or unsure, but that is exactly when I should press the submit button. It's the same in life, stepping out of your comfort zone brings opportunities for growth which can lead to lasting peace and an end to all self created pain. This allows love to take over as your guiding principle, in place of fear.

I noticed there are times when I have trouble posting. The worst one was just last week, where I added and took a post down three times! (okay four times) It was an in-your-face-indicator that I needed reflection/down time. It also had to do with internal turmoil projected outwards. I learned once again that perfectionism is NOT my friend.

It’s a subset of the judgment voice inside this noggin-head.

I love the bullet points. It’s easy on the eyes when it’s organized. (rhyme)

We are able to contrast all of these energies internally because we have "been there, done that" some of us in the same narrow band of certain frequencies for several lifetimes until it was so grooved we gave ourselves extreme challenges so that we would finally finally "get it".

You can look at what people are going through and experiencing, and compassion arises because you were once there, went through and experienced the same thing. This is true empathy, true compassion, and ultimately..."

Thank you for your continued presence and contributions to our enlightenment.

This video has such irony in it...and it is of great concern to me. We are in this catch situation where guns have become almost a requirement to live in some parts of the world.
Our lives are threatened and guns have become our only means of survival...but is that really so? It has become a sad day that young children are been indoctrinated into this belief...even if it may have some apparent truth in it, the solution is to me wrong. I understand that we all have the right to defend ourselves and most of all the right to life...but to me guns do not solve the problem.
I have never been threatened with a gun or any other weapon in my life, so cannot be witness to such thinking, but I cannot stop thinking that it is a bad solution to even own a gun.

The irony in all of this is:

We have people with guns...which were bought from weapons manufacturers...who threaten and kill people with no guns...and so they go out and buy guns...from the same weapons manufacturers...and kill the people who threaten and kill them. What a life we live in!

If we, the people, could just stand together for once in our life, they say...and set up laws to remove every weapon on this planet...would the problem be solved?...NO...because the problem does not lie there it lies in the mind of the human being and our still savage and ignorant way of thinking...our jealousy...our greed...our hunger for power...only when we have lifted above these dark ideas will we be free of this menace in our lives.

Having said all that (and I full heartedly agree with every word you say Ray)....

I think the issue that the US is facing at the moment is that of falling into the hands of a totalitarian(fascist like) regime.
The question weather guns are bad or not is not what is at stake here.

Homeland Securities buys 1,6 billion assault bullets (enough to fight 20 years of war (Irak Style2003) and there are many more signs that certain powers are heading for a major shift in how the US are controlled) and at the same time.... politics, supported bye current events such as the Sandy Hook shooting, steer toward gun control for automatic weapons (the weapons that the institution of a totalitarian regime fears the most).

Every totalitarian regime since the time of bullets took the guns from it's people to secure it's existence.
Mao, Stalin, Hitler....

I don't believe in violence as an answer to problems(only if all else fails), but in the current light of affairs in the US, it would not seem wise to me to tighten the laws on automatic weapons at this point in time.

ps: I have not read the posts after this one, so I may have said something similar to replies to this post. if so... sorry.
