Wow 14 and still getting this out... Right I need to step up the motivation to do one... plus my wife could do with it too and it is a good time of the year for a liver flush... I think I may even include the lead up to it and the photos on Facebook ... stir the non-flushers up a little bit with what comes out...

Rest in Peace, Andreas Moritz. You continue to awaken Light and Health in many.
Thanks Paul. I was not aware of Andreas' passing.

From Andreas Moritz - The Mysterious Death of a Legend (Black Seeds):

On October 21st, 2012 at approximately 9am, medical intuitive, Andreas Moritz was reported to have died. The shock wave went through the web with disbelief and great sadness. How could this be? He was so young, 58 years old and worked right up to his death.

From A Loving Tribute to the Life and Work of Andreas Moritz (Ener-Chi Wellness Center):

In the wake of Andreas’ transition into the realms of Light, we have received many, many messages from his friends and clients around the globe. Since Andreas was such a humble and reserved person, he tended to say very little about himself. So those of us who perhaps knew him the best, thought it would be fitting to create this loving ‘tribute’ as a way of sharing more about the personal life, values and accomplishments of this beautiful, generous and compassionate soul.

Andreas was born in southwest Germany in 1954. As we know from his writings and conversations with him, he experienced several illnesses starting at a young age which eluded mainstream medicine’s ability to resolve. This led him to have a passionate and lifelong curiosity about and interest in alternative and holistic pathways for maintaining and reclaiming vibrant health and well-being.

    From Announcement(Ener-Chi Wellness Center):
    Dear Friends,

Since the time of Andreas’ passing, we have received several emails from caring friends, colleagues and clients around the world asking to know more about the cause and circumstances of his crossing over.

It is our understanding that the cause of his death dates back to his serious health problems in early childhood.

At that time, the medical doctors in Germany diagnosed him as having juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and severe arrhythmia, amongst many other medical conditions. Unable to alleviate his ailments, and to the best of our understanding, the doctors did not give him much hope of surviving past his teen years or early adulthood; his life expectancy was short, and this is something Andreas has mentioned in several of his books and interviews.

Andreas Moritz's presence will remain here on this forum in several threads, including in particular the thread Liver detox.

The same goes for the oil mixture! Only one time I drank that thing cold and it was nasty! I usually had no problem with the oil mixture at all.
An update to an old thread ... I realized a couple of days ago that the olive oil and vinegar dressing I was putting on my salads was much the same as the oil and juice mixture used in a liver flush ... only the salad dressing is much tastier. So I this time, in a liver flush I am just completing today, I used the following instead of the 4 oz oil and 6 oz juice:
    • 4 ounces olive oil
    • 2 ounces apple cider vinegar
    • 1/4 tsp each of: salt, pepper, garlic salt, onion flakes, oregano, thyme, basil
Shaken, not stirred (as James Bond would say.)

Yummy. And I now verified, a half day later, that the gallstones are coming out just fine.

    Good one Paul!

Can you come up with a tasty additive to the epsom salt solution too?, because that is what I'm struggling with the most in my last 5 flushes

I already fixed that problem Paul, I made capsules with the Epsom, piece of cake, the caps take a few minutes extra to dissolve btw, about 5 min, that shouldn't be a problem what so ever, results are the same. I make them for my superfood powders and Kurkumin too.

For the epsom, I direct the yuck as far back as possible and with the least amount of tastebuds involved. Quickly, and with mind elsewhere.

Hey, I just got this idea - How about use pepper corns, whole clove or strong mouth spray/mouth wash to numb taste buds?

This is the funniest thread ever imo, people who only read this stuff do not realize, what is going on here, they see some pictures, secret recipes and some chatting about results.

While when you participate, you are some some dude, standing in your kitchen, scooping Epson in some sort of container/shaker, make measurements, slam the ugly drink down, wonder how long it takes before you have to make a run for it, did I buy toilet paper today, crap, I should have bought some wet ones too, stomach and intestines rumbling, uneasy shifting your butt around in your chair, desperately trying to prevent involuntary sfincterwinking ( at least until you made it the bathroom) and damn, theres another glass coming, and then some juice with oil you have to prepare, mix, see of the consistency is to your liking, drink it, lay down, try to be still ( sometimes clenching your buttcheeks together), taste the exquisite oil and grapefruit in your mouth while laying there, thinking 'there better be stones in that bowl tomorrow, dammit', next day, yep stones, maybe I can scoop them out with a net, that's a big one, I'm gonna poke that one with a stick first, it might still be alive , that should teach it a lesson, ha, and you, nah, not big enough, nope, youre not gonna be in the picture, neither do you, ooooooooo aaaaaaaaaaa look at that one, that's a keeper, you are going to be on the interwebs my little green friend, now lay still, gotta make picture, behold Avalon, my stones are massive, damn, im proud, ha. Good work Ed, good work.

    That's my house

I have the capsules and capsule maker, but find using them rather tedious, so tend to not use it.

I did a google search for "How can I make the Epsom salts taste better", and came up with a couple of ideas - add lemon juice or Vitamin C (ascorbic acid form) to the epsom salt and water mix.

But then I noticed that I always have some grapefruit juice in the refrigerator and tried that. A winner, for me anyway. Just put the one (1) tablespoon of Epsom salts for each dose into a glass of grapefruit juice, instead of a glass of water. Much easier taste.

... excuse me for a moment ... gotta run

Apologies for the seemingly stupid answer but... I am here!

    Now for my 17th flush:

    Coin is 17mm diameter...
neighbour's coin is 20 mm diameter.

No more Canadian coins for a while... French ones it is for the moment and... no, I am not settled yet (still on the run between liver flushes, French bureaucratic meander check points, etc...).

    In any case:

    Hello everyone!

This is the most amusing thread I have come across thus for on PA. Really! You are trully an amazing and curious beings, some specifically.
Along the read I was wondering if I had to thank the post or just quickly move forward.

I decided to interject here because I think I may have a solution to the epsom salt problem. I have to say I haven't used that ... wonderful thing ... for years. I don't do any of what you are doing during full moons , but I have some other ways of keeping health issues at check.

So, if anyone's interested, please let me know.
    ->
The explanation would be a bit lengthy. It is based on a yogic cleanse and consists of water and sea salt. I hate it, but not as much as the epsom salt. <-

    -------

Hi, Folks -- I did a liver flush a couple of days ago. (I usually do one every year, though I never look forward to it very much!)

Like most other people, each time, I get the kind of liver stone/gallstone "gravel" that you'll see photos of in this thread. But this time, as well as the many smaller ones, I also got two stones which were larger than any others I've seen. They did raise my eyebrows a little! Whatever they are, I'm pretty happy they're no longer in my liver.

Out of interest, the protocols I used were the standard Hulda Clark ones, below.

Notes: I was NOT exact with the timing, btw, which may not matter as long as it's approximately right. I also had no grapefruit, so I substituted with freshly squeezed orange and lime. It worked in exactly the same way. And for the first time, rather than freshly squeezed apple juice (which softens the bile ducts prior to the cleanse) for three days I drank Malic Acid (one teaspoon dissolved in a liter of water per day). The Malic Acid was from here, and as far as the liver flush is concerned it's the same active ingredient as in Apple Juice.
    • For several days prior to the cleanse: drink plenty of organic, fresh Apple Juice, as much as you like.
    • The day of the cleanse: don't eat anything containing any fat at all in the morning (important), and don't eat or drink anything whatsoever after 2 o'clock. If you break this rule, you could feel quite ill later.
    • Get your Epsom salts ready. Mix 4 tbs (tablespoons) in 3 cups of water, and pour this into a jar. This makes four servings of 3/4 cup each.
    • 6:00 PM: Drink one serving (3/4 cup) of the Epsom salts drink.
    • 8:00 PM: Repeat.
    • 9:45 PM: Pour 1/2 cup olive oil into a pint jar or bottle. Add 3/4 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Shake vigorously.
    • 10:00 PM: Drink this mixture. Lie down immediately on your back with your head high on your pillow. Keep perfectly still for at least 20 minutes. Go to sleep.
    • When you wake up, after 6 AM: Take your third dose of Epsom salts.
    • 2 Hours later: Take your fourth and final dose of Epsom salts.
    • 2 Hours later again: You can eat, starting with juice and fruit. Keep your meals light for the rest of the day.
    • The stones will start to appear after the third and particularly after the fourth dose of Epsom Salts, and may continue to appear throughout the day until the evening. Your diarrhea (which is brought on purposefully by the salts) will die down during the day. Remember to drink lots of water or juice that day, because you may be a little dehydrated and not realize it.

    Ah, good for you Bill!!

As an update from myself, I've been doing the flushes at every 6 months (after my initial spree of 14) and the last one (in Jan 2014) did not have any stones! So I am now switching to doing it annually for maintenance.
